I left a comment on an older video wondering when the latest video from you was gonna drop and here you are! Sweet! Keep 'em coming, brotha! I've watched all your videos and seeing a video suggestion from the channel Stuttering Society is my next viewing after this. You're awesome!

Happy New Year! You are a great inspiration for those who stutter, and you made me feel more confident, which surprisingly helped me with fluency! Thank you so much for what you do! I always wanted to become a doctor, but it seemed a bad idea having a stutter. Now, I'm not afraid to stutter and if I do, I'm like "Who even cares?". Keep Up The Good Work!!

I struggle with body dysmorphia and an eating disorder. Thank you for sharing your experiences, it takes courage, and I can relate to a lot of them.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and humanizing bodybuilders. As women, I think sometimes we think men have it easier with body image expectations. As a very thin woman, I can say it’s tough for both genders. You’re a good looking guy and lots of people wish they were that fortunate in that department. I think if we maintain our bodies at a satisfactory point , keep trying to refocus our attention on other things besides our appearance, use social media sparingly, and participate in meaningful projects it can help. Your videos are so inspiring and positive for someone who also stutters in a second language. I aspire to get to your level with stuttering one day soon. Hugs from Houston, TX :)

I love that! I agree with everything. Keeping ourselves aligned with a point of satisfaction in ourselves is so important and it's also crucial to limit the judgements and self-comparisons to what we see online, especially on social media as you said (which is a big reason I've been away from Instagram recently). Thanks for the comment!!

I understand that this may be more of a psychological problem where no matter how hard you train or look it'll never be good enough. Which is why practicing acceptance is what you need. Maybe you also lost sight of why you train in the first place and it's time to refine your goals. Establish a weight and body fat percentage that you would be comfortable with and that is sustainable in the long-term. I understand that losing muscle due to the inability to train is a hard pill to swallow. This isn't unique to you. Building muscle is slow grind and takes time and this is something we all have to accept. So be patient with your recovery.

I like that! Establishing goals is such an important part of a process and something I plan to start incorporating more with my exercise routines. Self-acceptance is pivotal in this situation, and it's something I still continue to work on when it comes to my body. Thanks for the comment!

Don’t train for others but train for yourself.
Remember that in reality no one cares about how you look, it is your own body after all and not theirs. Everyone are focusing on themselves trying to achieve the standards shown in the media not realizing that all of this nonsense doesn’t matter.
I would watch your content even if you were fat or skinny or more muscular or uglier or more handsome, in the end it really doesn’t make a difference. The things that you give to people is the most important part and never the looks and flexing.

That's right! The pressures I've felt and the way I've forced myself to conform to strive for a body type that the media and social influencers project is very unhealthy. I mean it's never a bad thing to have goals, but being happy with your body is key and recognizing that everyone else has their own specific goals is important. We all contribute our own piece to this world and bring something new into it, we should be embracing our unique selves instead of criticizing ourselves for not being like other people. Thanks for the comment!

After watching the whole video, I would suggest finding yourself a good therapist. I just ended my therapy after 5 months. My self esteem and confidence has improved. Mind you I had suicidal thoughts, depression and anxiety. Don’t be afraid to reach out. You’ll thank yourself later.
