Yo bro thank you for your time and patience making these videos you are saving lives without knowing it and you are changing lives without knowing it just know that you’re doing to work💯
I always love the combinations and how you explain the properties associated. In your second recipe, was there a burro banana?, i wasn't sure. Well, i will definitely be incorporating into my living space. Thank you, Brandon. Much Love, Light, Peace, Healing, Harmony and Bliss 😊 ❤
Thank you for your kind words! In the second recipe, I used just apples, oranges, and Ceylon cinnamon. I've updated the pinned comment with the ingredients I used in each recipe.
Hi fam. We truly are fam as I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and I use to shop at the East End Food Coop at that time. Although I now live in MD Pittsburgh is always home for my husband and myself. Thank you for the recipes for the I’m sure delicious juices as I will be trying them this week. Stay safe fam and Happy Juicing ❤
Hi Brandon, I just want to thank you for all of the wonderful juice videos and making it simple and easy to follow. Today, I made the Yahki recipe, I'm not a fan of cilantro, but I added it anyway, and it wasn't overpowering 😊I can't wait to try more ❤
I appreciate you, sis! I've been busy finalizing my ebook, which has taken up a lot of my time. 😮💨 It's great to see your hard work! It's certainly motivating.
This content is amazing. Your effort is definitely shown. These videos will attract major audience for you🎉🎉🎉. I can’t wait to try these juices. That dandelion looks something serious lol, I might try that one first. I love authentic content. It lets me know it come from the heart. Top tier work my brother ❤❤❤ Peace and Love
Peace thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and devoting your passion to helping us! I noticed you leave your spout open when you juice. Have you found there’s a difference between keeping it closed while it builds up and just letting it run thru ? Thanks ❤
The only time I keep it closed is for a cinematic effect when opening the spout. I can't say there's a significant difference with it open, but I prefer it to prevent overfilling.
I was surprised to see you cutting the core out of the apple (unless I am wrong, please forgive me). I always leave them as is, because the seeds have B17 which is a really great inhibitor for cancer. Great videos, just found your channel. `❤
Nah stick to Yahkis recipe. It's more nourishing for the body than these. This guy is just going for flavor and taste. You should have just stuck to yahkis method.
@@italeatsandtreats lol Some people will try to bait you into pointless arguments. I don't have the time for that, but I still appreciate their attention.🤷🏽♂

I'm in Tn. Wish I could find burdock root here 😢
Hey, have you checked if there's a local food co-op nearby? They might have what you're looking for.
What do you think about fasting with hempmilk?
It technically isn't fasting. Even though they're tiny, hemp seeds still impact digestion over time.

Nice one man!
Thanks family! 🙏🏽
Damn that’s a nice moped what’s the name of it & how fast does it go?
Yes, it's great for getting around town. It's called the Honda ADV150. It can reach up to 65mph, and 45-50mph on steep hills.
@@BrandonAhmaudthanks👊🏽✊🏽🙏🏾
Looking like you gaining some muscle there, my brotha! Love these juice recipes though 🔥
I also shop there they’re limes are usually seedless tho it seems as yours were seeded
I get my seeded key limes from the market district. The Co-op sometimes has key limes, but they usually have the seedless kind.
Can you use kale in the last green juice?
Yes, you can
That cap fire where u get it from ?

Great video. Does it have to be Ceylon cinnamon?
Thanks! And yes
GOT DE ADV!!! NVX CREW STILL

I have timestamps in the video.
How can I get fresh sour sauce? If you know I can order it you can send me the description. Thank you.
🎉yummmmmmm
You still look good 😊
Can you please provide us with the measurements for each recipe ?
Checked the pinned comment. I added the amounts for each recipe
Oh shit many thanks ! Please keep it up with more, we need this !! ❤
@@BrandonAhmaudalso one more thing, Valencia oranges aren’t around in Baltimore. What other oranges can be substituted?
Hey @iriedread3366, do you have Seville or Cara Cara Oranges?
@@BrandonAhmaud Seville no, Cara Cara is rare
You don’t have to peel the ginger??
I don't always peel my ginger. But I do buy organic ginger and scrub it thoroughly before juicing.
Awesome🫡💯
Respect 🙏🏽
But is the fruit organic
Always
you ever thought about growing your food?
I do grow my own food. I'm working with small space for now, so I do what I can with it.
@@BrandonAhmaud ok have you ever thought about doing videos on your small garden?
If you are removing the seeds from the apples and throwing them away then you don't know anything about being and staying healthy.
I save them for composting
