Few reasons: 1. There are only two affordable options, one is a bit of outdated by it's own company(which don't have tracking anymore), one is regional only. 2. It work by animation. So if you have custom animations safety off, you will just see the poke face, or the viseme. 3. Some persons just don't have lots of the emotions, but you likely can tell from the eyelids, some people just blinks for a lot. And the eyelooks won't be 'you' or 'front', but for what's being interested for instead
