I’ve known Dan Peña for more than 11 years now. Dan Peña is a personal mentor of mine. I’ve attended the Castle seminar.
I’ve attended hundreds of workshops and seminars. I’ve read over 2,000+ books. I’ve learned from some of the greatest business minds in the world. But there’s only ONE person who I consider as my personal mentor and that is Mr. Dan Peña.
If Dan Peña isn’t a man you’ve heard of before, but there are literally a gazillion reasons why anyone seeking success should pay attention to him.
Dan Peña - Daniel Pena is the founder of Quantum Leap Advantage (QLA), a mentoring program that teaches people how to achieve unprecedented levels of success and high performance. Dan is also currently Chairman and Founder of The Guthrie Group, an international investment consortium group, and over his lifetime has helped to found and grow several multimillion-dollar companies.
He draws on his experience and success in business to coach thousands of people every year as an eccentric mentor, lecturer, and motivational speaker, teaching them the proven methods and characteristics that make the highest performing individuals successful and allow them to achieve their dreams.

This video almost brings tears to my eyes. I hear Tio (uncle in Spanish) Dan say all the time he's passionate and committed but to see him in action way back in the day deepens my respect and gratitude.

What I’m learning from this excerpt is that Dan’s successes occurred because the level of faith he had in himself became contagious - once he believed that he had no limits to his abilities and that he would accomplish everything he visualized, others would smile and join him.
I definitely need to learn how to generate this amount of contagious self-confidence - the best way I can do that is to continue visualizing the Affirmations Dan Lok provides on his channel and the ones I’ve created for myself, plus focus more of my attention on working towards my dreams on a daily basis.
Thanks for providing the catalyst for this insight, Sifu.

I honestly can't start my day without Dan Pena calling me obscenities. Most people mellow out with age. The 50 Billion Dollar Man would make a sailor blush.

Dan Pena seems more alive than anyone I've ever seen or met in real life - I'm very grateful he's teaching the world how to live 100x more ambitiously.

I was taken aback by the language he used. Mr Pena made you look soft spoken Dan...!!! I now understand why you chose him as your mentor.
Will implement as much as I can get from both of you.

Deep in my heart I think this tendency is a result of the Latino/indigenous culture he's from. I see the same way of being in the African American culture where there's way more listening /sensing from the heart/spirit/right brain and openness to the unplanned vs. being cerebral/logical/left brain which I see as valued in Eurocentric approaches to business.

I’m not 100% sure but I think the man who asked a question was Ron LaGrand. Can someone confirm that? If so, I always wondered how he became so smart in real estate.

He doesn't know that a gentleman is never to take the blazer part off of a three piece suit off outside of his home. Decision is a decision in itself is what he was going for.
IMO his being a second lieutenant, making that brave commitment was the backbone of his ability to make decisions. Once a man has held a dying man he was "responsible" for biz decisions become easier. Otherwise no idea here SEEMS in my opinion to be a blockbuster . One man tried to say that one has to be protective of his company. It's expensive but if every crack that could occur has to be watched. The first thing is to have an auditor from the big three or four and not the neighborhood auditor . It presents the image, and if there were a scam going on The largest Auditing firms Partners can be on the line. You have to be squeaky clean, and be beyond the possibility of blackmail or bribes. My father's favorite was " A man will spend more time figuring out how to breed his dog than on the right woman that will allow his unborn children every advantage.
Judging strictly, his talk about Trump etc was much more interesting , but there was a big change- He was throwing some nasties left and right appropriate no where. Using the C word? Is that what money does.? He did know THE most important truth, which is to be contrarian to the typical advice. From a 25 year trader.
