Basically, sometimes you have the money to build something, that’s all you have. But now you need operating costs for the first year, and have no more money. You borrow enough to cover operating costs. Every month, you take 85-90%, the rest pays the bills!
When Dan puts up all the money for a deal he takes that percentage in ownership/shares.

So I get the motivational section. Some references here and there to numbers... but where do you find the numbers training? He mentioned being 3 or 5 over prime at 29 minutes or so... what was he talking about? The loan interest rates? Return of investment percentages? I've read a lot of books, watched a lot of videos and the art is always staying a little vague. I love Dan, I love his energy... but where do you get the operating meat and potatoes.
You're overthinking it. Read Your First Hundred Million which is Dan's book. It will show you step by step how to do deals from conception to acquisition.
Why I said you're overthinking? A little detail like that shouldn't bother you much. Certainly wont make or break your deal. Just consider it something you can learn along the way.

He’s talking about 3 to 5 percent over prime interest rates shouldn’t kill your deal, at the end of the day you want the relationship w the banker even if it’s 3-5 percent over prime.

This doesn't work in Europe, as they just say its not the way they work and followed by what assets do you have as collateral.
46:10 can someone explain why you have to put everything you own on the line if QLA is based around using other peoples time, money and existing assets in the company you are buying?
You have to be all in the deal, and work your face off being accountable for all your time.
You don't pass up a GREAT deal - even if it means risking looking bad, pissing people off, abandoning/neglecting friedns&family, or even if you've got a significant chance to lose. It's all about taking action without fear and "putting everything you own on the line"
