2:40 That's the least you can expect from the SG w/ manual transition and low gear. With good tyres this trail would still be manageble when wet.
I've climbed similar trails on hunts with my 2004 SG. This is why I bought it back in 2013, because the little bugger can actually do grown up offroad. Tyre-wise I prefer General TR and will upgrade to AT3 (if possible) for next winter season.

100% this is just a little showcase. If you’re willing to take them up the big stuff, most of the time they’ll do better then most blinged up “4wds” with all the gear and no idea!

I think the biggest disadvantage is that they didn't give them a proper diff locking system

Nice one. Got one very similar. What was it like installing the snorkel? Have you had any problems with the tyres being 12psi. I usually go down to 18 when I'm on the beach with my Foz. But I'd be willing to go lower. Thanks 🤙🏼

Snorkel wasn’t too hard! Just lined it up on the guard and gave it a few taps until it made tiny dents where the studs are and then drilled through. Had to use heat gun on it to match the A pillar but not too hard. No problems with the tires, used to run 12 psi in my standard XT wheels too, I find it much better and easier to take off them higher psi👍
