I've had a bushcraft knife done and scales ready but have been putting off in fear of messing up my first coke bottle handle. Watched your video and took the plunge! Turned out awesome. Thanks for the good tutorial.

I'm thinking about doing something similar to my Ontario Tak 1 micarta scales. Maybe not a coke bottle shape, but more of a Cutco steak knife handle shape. I've done this before to a RD7 micarta scales all by hand with different sandpaper and it turned out well. Took some time, but got it done. Not having power tools or sanders or a shop is just something you have to deal with.
