      In my unprofessional opinion, Mike is way better he’s easier to understand and he’s easier to follow don’t get me wrong, the mountain dog was awesome but this guy Mike is a whole new level

    I love watching Mike push guys to the limit. Shows the benefit of how a good trainer can push you past plateaus.

    So I always though it wasn’t the best idea to have your hips rose out of a legs press as it may injure your lower back? Was I misinformed because I feel that it’s natural for that to happen. I also don’t have the best lower back so what should I do? Hopefully you see this comment Mike

    Big Mike ..what's your thoughts on using a belt? I never see your guys wearing one or talk about the benefits .. think it's helpful or causing more harm ?

      If a belt helps u then I suggest u wear one. I leave that decision up to my guys. Im not their babysitter they have minds of their own. If they think they need a belt then they will wear one. If they have control of their ab wall then why wear one?
