      Quadriceps.
      Glutes.
      Calves.
      Hamstrings.
      Question :
      - How often to train them for Maximum Growth ? ( For the last 4 Month I train them one a week and i see they are growing - i realized that 7 days are enough for me to recover and load them again on the next Leg day ) Can i try to train them twice a week , Mike ?
      Just try to experiment ?
      Thank you , Mike :))))))))

Do you think training the tibialis anterior is useful to make your shins/calves look bigger?

Mike - Do you always prefer "giant sets" vs 4 sets of 12 and move on to the next exercise?

An explanation for sets and reps would be amazing!! Difference between strength and hypertrophy. And an example leg building workout for woman. 😍

Mike, can you talk about the obsession online lately with HIT, and things like DC training and then also on the other hand the down putting of volume training as inferior

    • @Djdkdkdndkzn1

HIT & DC was popular like 10-15 years ago. Never hear any obsession about it now?
