  • o In this workshop we continue to focus on how to Assure Your Security Guard with an empahsis on how Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop. We also discuss another strategy of emotion management called "Flying by the Seat of your Pants."
    o FEAR-less Emotion Management is a self-help model of emotion management. It provides understanding about, and management strategies for, stress, anxiety, depression, traumatic stress injury, addiction, and relationship distress.
