Do not eat less, eat more often with smaller portions. Get that metabolism up. Cut carbs and sugar, workout hard and the excess will drop off. I've done it, it works. Make your body work for you. You can do this! Sent you a message through messenger about the tennis elbow.
@@kjromero8538 Past few years I was gaining weight. Last Dec I turned 80+ KG. That was the limit. The only thing I done since was cutting sugar. Lost a kilo every other week! But most of all, I start to notice how terrible sugar makes you feel. It's simply toxic. Don't drink pop / do drink water. Hate me now / thank me later. Take it from someone who's pro cyclist longer than you are alive (and who's familair with ignoring this advice - I'd admit). But you only have one body, and you will feel better if it's able to function properly. Success in the next few weeks.

I haven’t tried legit intermittent fasting. I’ve just been skipping breakfast and usually eat around 11. I think the big issue is drinking a 6 pack a night 😫 and I like the sugary stuff
