I love your workouts Vicky you're so authentic! In the nicest way it's reassuring that you find the exercises challenging too, I find it so much more motivating than the trainer smiling the entire time without breaking a sweat 🤭😄 I would love to see more 20-30 minute workouts 🙏✨
Recently, I have changed up my workout schedule. I started doing my abs and upper body in the same session. Now you upload this!! You can read minds....you know exactly what we need!! We love you so much....you gave me another reason to love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I love the way you struggle with push ups and others exercises that require arm action. I struggle with them so it's makes me happy!! PS: Your push ups have definitely improved so much and it motivates me to try too. Before, I used to skip push ups now I try.

No matter what anytime I try to put my legs down when I’m on my back for the different workouts my back curves and won’t touch the mat and it hurts not in a good way. Even with my legs a 70 degree angle my back starts to curve and it starts to hurt. Even laying down on my back with my legs down too my back just curves… the only time it lays completely on the mat is when I have my legs bent like before you do a glute bridge or when I put my knees up going toward my chest. I feel like I can’t rly do most of the workouts :(
Defined torso fosho!!! If you do it along with respectable amount of cardio then you should definitely start losing fats too! And like they always say, eat consciously. Be consistent and make it a lifestyle!!!

Hey Vicky, this workout was good. I prefer longer workouts like this. I would like to see a few workouts where load on hands and palms is minimized for those who cannot lift their body weight on hands due to certain conditions. Nonetheless, love your workouts.
Just to lyk there r Workout vids that specialise in that kinda of stuff if u can’t life ur own body weight, w the load on palms she does it for the majority of ppl who can do it, I would just recommend workouts that specialise in what u need so u can train for it
i think the most refreshing thing about your workout videos is you’re dying and struggling just like me, it keeps me motivated
