At 49 I found out that I am hypermobile and can't do heavy hitt exercises. These exercises are controlled, super well explained and I book great results.

This was a good one! I sometimes switched out the 10lb weight for a 15lb, and I was struggling the whole time. I made it through each exercise with out giving up though 🙌🏻

I love these targeted exercises that aren't just core OR arms but both. These intermingled with mobility and endurance sessions are spot on!
