- In this video, I demonstrate how to spray BEDEC MSP using the fantastic Graco Quick Shot. In this kitchen extension painting tutorial, I take full advantage of the Quick Shot to spray Anthracite MSP from Bedec. Using a 208 fine finish spray tip, a blue mesh filter in the Quick Shot, and setting the power dial to #5, you can achieve professional results. Remember, a bit of practice and skill is also essential.

Love your vids mate keep up the good work ATB
Glad you like them! 😊
I use wet wipes to glide over my caulking works an absolute treat mate and cleans ya fingers in the process
Love the Prestonett products.
I have a door that I installed not too long ago and i STILL haven’t painted it. I’ve been putting it off. This makes me want to get my Quick Shot out and paint that door. LOL
Hi..been enjoying watching your videos and bought myself a quickshot..you mentioned you used 2 litres of paint for 2 coats on 2 doors /skirting and architrave..as I am not a painter how does this compare with actually painting with a roller or brush..personally just sprayed both sides of 5 doors (pretty much the same as in your video) and used just over 2 litres ..which seemed a lot but having watched your video again maybe not so..anyway thanks
Hi. Depends on size of spray tip, how much paint you'll get through. I do add a bit to wade it down of needed
A smaller 208 tip will use less paint than a 210. But a 208 may need a bit of thinning to get through the small hole
It also depends on what paint you're spraying with.
Looks good, mate.
Brilliant work lights those unilite mate.
It's better than the festool light,which i have got.👍
Yes they are
Well done Phill looks a nice job with the darker colour for the woodwork. Watched it couple times as was listening for tip size but can see you went with the 208 as apposed to what I initially heard 206 as I was going to ask did you need to let it down for the 206.what did you think to the A80? I prefer sponge and wet finger myself but done it as you shown many times in the past. Hope to see ceiling and walls being done in a future video.
A80 a bit thinker than the Red devil caulk I normally use. See,ed ok tho.
Next video out next week.
What filter is that called mate on the kitchen work top
you mean this?

Hi Phil, what’s the best tip for a small fan? Say I was doing arcatraves what tip size is best buddy? I’ve got the quickshot highly recommend such an easy bit of kit to use
208 210
That's about 4" width.
I don't go any smaller than that as a 1 seems to put too much paint on for me in a small area.
@@ProfessionalPainterDecorator thanks buddy top man, one more question spraying opaque what mesh filter should I use? It comes with a blue one and black one, what are the differences in those Phil?
@@PompeyMag the mesh filter in the gun?
The finer mess, is better for your finishing paints.. like in woodwork.
The mess that's more open, allows more paint through it.. somis better for thicker paints like emulsion.
If you put a fine mess on and use it with emulsion.... It's struggles.
If you do a open mesh with thinner paint... You seem to gets loads dumping out of it.
You should try the Wolfcraft caulking gun. Far better than a skeleton gun. Thank me later.
It's dead easy to swivel the tube around and it's light weight when using a skeleton cage though.
206 or 208 buddy?
I said 206 to start with but went with 208 when spraying (as shown)
