@@rolandsgarage8640 okay thank you! Another question if you don’t mind answering! Those oil lines, with the banjo nuts, I had the hardest time getting those holes on the banjo nut to line up with the opening in the oil line. I felt like I was over torquing it. Any advice
You are a Saint! Your videos have helped me more than anything else with my rebuild . Keep up the good work man.
Idk about a Saint lol. But thank you very much
Great job explaining how things work. Good video. All of them.
Love the video watching all the ATV ones, trying to build up the confidence to simply rebuild an engine just for the experience
Ain't nothing to do it but to do it brother. Once you get into it, you realize there isn't anything to it
I hope so, could you eventually do a vid on ring orientation on the Piston. Also do I need a tool?
@@aaronpeck4224 there really isn't any certain orientation as long as they gaps aren't lined up and I've never used a tool. Just my hands.

@@aaronpeck4224 the holes don't have to line up. Just make sure you have the copper washers on each side of the oil line
Thank you very much of the video I have a 1994 bayou 220 exact same as yours thank you for the information God bless
Props to you for being able to work with active children around haha. I personally could not
My youngest has started wanting to help. Mostly all he ends up doing is taking my tools out and I find them in the yard lol
Thanks for the orientation. How much did u spend on parts and where did u order them from. ?
Did you change the valves? If so, I don't see the video where you did.
No I didn’t.
what did you torque the cylinder head bolts to?
I don’t remember. You can google it though and it will tell you
Can you put the 300 top end on the 250 bayou 2004?
No
My bayou I just checked the compression it won’t turn over 41 psi. Does that mean it needs new rings/ top end
It could be the rings, a scored piston or cylinder, or a bent valve. Only way to know for sure is the pull the top end
@@rolandsgarage8640 thanks man! Grateful for the advice !
where did you get the rebuild kit?
Ebay or Amazon
U don't show enough in the video . Because you're hands always in the way
I'm sorry, I'll try to make them transparent in my next video.
