    Great video!
It’s sad men were taught backwards, they think expressing emotions is weak, but in actuality it the total opposite. I wish they knew that Not knowing how to understand and express your emotions IS the Weakness. It’s not logical to bottle up feelings until you implode. Holding in negative feelings and anxiety creates sickness in your body.
That could be the spiritual level as to why they die before woman, all that mental stress being mismanaged.

A lot of the struggles men have in expressing incredibly vulnerable thoughts and feelings is finding their audience isn’t trustworthy or it gets used against them.
Lots of us suck at listening with suspended judgement. Something human beings need to work on.

Why can’t dudes just get out of the relationship when they feel this way? Staying single is place where dudes don’t have to express themselves. A woman shouldn’t have to pay for a male not being able to say how he feels. That’s not fair. Keeping issues off the road is fair

When a man admits to me that he's struggling in some way, I take that as a sign of strength, not weakness. We're all human -- we all need to lean on someone at some time in our lives.
I think that women can often sense when their guy is having some kind of issue. If I see it in my man, and he doesn't ask for help in some way, then my feelings are hurt because I can see that he doesn't trust me to be there for him.
Courage isn't the absence of fear; it's forging ahead when you're shaking in your boots.

I already know the ones but I want him to take the initiative to be open enough and love me enough as his soon to be life partner to open up and share his feelings. I love my dude and would fight battles for him. He's worth it Yelp. But I have to know what battles need to be fought.

Respect means a lot to them . We may mean well but this little things how we communicate plays a big part for them .

it is very challenging dealing with a man who is not vulnerable… how is a relationship suppouse to grow when you don’t even express your feelings being how you’re feeling mentally, things that’s bothering you etc. A lot of men don’t express and then they just get distant, act nonchalant, want to be by themself and it just makes a women feel closed out and take it personal like she’s the problem when the whole time he’s dealing with something but doesn’t express it or feels it makes him less of a man if he does. It’s very stressful I say if you know you are closed off and not vulnerable when dating you should stay away from people who are deal with people who are like you in that relationship way it will be a very surface level relationship but at least your on the same page 🤷‍♀️

  • @naturallybecoming831

Yeah your partner should be a safe space where you can communicate and feel safe. Sending love to the men out there. Being vulnerable allows you the chance to truly connect and discover a love that can be unmatched.

  • @Karynwashere
    @Karynwashere 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

While I appreciate it this take, and I sincerely thank you Sealz for being vulnerable…. I just want to really highlight, intent versus impact. Your insight lets a lot of us know they don’t intend to be hurtful, but their inability to introspect, heal, and work on their pain, their impact is devastating to women. Men in pain really hurt women… badly. Especially emotionally. Imagine being hurt on the inside, because you have been rejected, lonely, abused, Abandoned, and hurt, only to turn around and inflict that on every person they meet. I understand that society has not created safe spaces for men to be vulnerable, it still is a society where everyone is accountable for themselves. The reality is they equate all those complex feelings with only women having them instead of seeing all humans have these complex emotions and that supporting each other or processing these emotions are vital to being emotionally and spiritually healthy. If I calculated ALL THE PAIN MEN INFLICTED on me and fellow women… the wrath of God wouldn’t even compare. The way men have treated me has scared so deep I feared love could ever exist because how could something so beautiful be so toxic and insidious? But I had to heal my own wounds and ensure you don’t meet men who are incapable of healing their emotional wounding. Unfortunately, we are literally getting killed, raped, and emotionally destroyed because men are not choosing to heal and let those emotionally injuries build up and project from their personalities.
A lot of men have really awful personalities and don’t even know how awful they are because they are not the recipient of them.
Heal intentionally so you don’t destroy unawarely. Again, I respect this, but with all this information and they way things are turning more men need to heal and process their trauma. Relearn how to relationship and seek mind, body, and spirit healing. Don’t date anyone until you heal.

If you become vulnerable here and there with your man, especially if he has a wall up, then he will actually become more volunerable with you too. Happened with me. I expressed a few things that I was so embarrassed to say and was nervous/ felt stupid but I said screw it, I want him to feel it's ok to talk to me and that I won't judge him, reject him, and how I'll understand him. So in order to do that, I had to take a chance on him and do it myself first. Omg it was scary but when I did, he almost immediately started sharing more deeper volunerable emotions with me and I think it made us closer so much more faster. I know I actually felt special that he trusted me enough to let me in as much as he did. It was worth it.

To me, a rejection is the key to success basically! You will always get a better deal if you value yourself and keep looking for more options/opportunities, read books, study more. It takes time yes, but, for good/great things takes time. Just practice patience for no reason. If you do this without cutting corners, and if you master yourself, trust me, you wont stop laughing at your past, but only think ahead.

That's what is always missing, and I think that's why relationships don't always last. I'm definitely one of those women that appreciate and value when a man is vulnerable and expressive. @@deborahbroome8727 trust me, I’m all for ‘interesting’ I get bored easily anyway lol..we don’t have to be fully wired the same way but I think we should be for the important things like communication, love languages e.t.c things that make couples happy & stay together long term.. you have probably heard the term ‘ men are from Mars & women are from Venus.. that’s literally how I have felt in majority of my relationships. I have a twin brother that I don’t get along with & a teenage son that i ( sometimes) don’t understand.. sounds depressing, I know lol.. I just think we are too different plus life is already tough as it is, we don’t need this to add to the mix lol

Don't Kill the Messenger 😆 thank you for the message 🙏 Brother. You need more Bro Circles 🔵 🔴 so that men can help one another talk things out, release that tension and moved pass this "Superman Narrative" and build stronger 💪 healthier relationships. Superman became a better man once he became vulnerable enough to let Lois Lane know how he felt and accepted her help when needed, hence the word "HelpMate". 😉 Keep teaching, you're saving lives and relationships. ❤🙏❤

@@timjones3893 I apologize on behalf of all women if you’ve experienced being shut down or ignored by a narcissistic female. You’re right. When she makes it about herself, it destroys the man’s safe space to open up.
Man or woman, we are all out here hurting, trying to heal/grow, so I’ve learned to show grace on ppl who make it all about themselves-they don’t know how else to handle their pain. I am continuously praying for you men…you guys go through so much, hold so much in & unnecessarily struggle alone often time.

Men don’t understand that there is nothing that can make them look like less of a man except when they deeply disrespect a woman. They’re men no matter what but insecurity cripples soo many guys :(

I had to listen to a boyfriend sniffling & crying all day today. Yea I had to put him in the friend box because he kept telling me no. No he won't take me to breakfast. He's a vampire & doesn't wake up that early. No he can't come over through the week because he works all day & he's tired. When I came over there he's watching wrestling. Not even football or basketball. & we only go eat if I offer to pay. & I always drive because he doesn't want to drive. No he won't come over on the weekends to give me quality time with my kids. Only wants to talk on the phone for hours. Gossip & talk about wrestling. I just want to watch the Browns & Cavs with a guy. Not Roman Reins.
