    Sealz, You talk with gentleness and understanding of both sides. But look around, how many other videos are there telling men and women how to play games, how to be alpha male or female, how not to be your real self but pretend so you get more attention from the other gender, and how toxic the other gender is. It is very sad these influencers are doing an irrevocable damage to many of their followers. I really think your advice and views come from a good clean place. I am looking forward to more of your videos to remind again and again the goodness we have within us, and not to get way laid with toxic influencers. Thank you!

    I came here for number 3. This one may sound crazy but it’s very real. My parents separated when I was 3 and my mother and step father to this day never once told me they love me. They also entirety isolated me from family outside of my house and friends. They say you can’t miss something you never had but this isn’t the case. It wasn’t until last year that I realized I’ve never told my son I love him. He’s 16…. What’s worse is now, even after realizing I’ve been wrong, I still can’t say it. I’ve also never said it to my wife of 18 years. God help me 🙏🏾 Seriously.

    I love when somebody is ready to express himself,it makes things easier.When you are able to express yourself it shows how confident you're and you're willing to open up your life to another person,that's what love want.But this idea of hiding your emotions,letting the other person try harder to know you,it causes a lot of anxiety and somebody who is not patient will just let go and that's how you lose the right one and land into the fake one.

    Sealz, this same attitude or emotional disposition makes us ladies feel shut out, drained, not emotionally catered for and a slight feeling of disrespect and rejection. Hurts tbh. Seems a lot of us have been jacked up right from birth. Both men and women. We all need some amount of healing. But guys should at least make more effort with their partners cuz sometimes we (i) really love hard but have to walk away with the hope of meeting someone who ticks some of your boxes and can still protect and provide emotionally.

      Empathy acceptance of your own emotions in a man is fricking sexy.
      When you grow with a non communicative family you dont want to start a family with a man or women with the same dynamic.
      You want to feel love understanding vulnerability from both side.

    Currently taking to this guy, Conversation has been great but lately I’ve noticed that he’s been a bit off chatting less etc. I normally would have written him off as uninterested but there’s just a feeling in my gut that there’s something he’s going through that he wouldn’t share with me. I asked and he responded vaguely about ‘life not being stable’. He still responds to me with such kindness but seems distracted.
    You’re video just gave me better understanding and he’s probably in the first category cause everything you said aligns with his character. From Nigeria

    I have been trying to get him to open up and talk for 4 months now and he consistently avoids it. He always says he'll talk soon. So the last time he said this was in May. Then I didn't hear from him by text until 3 days ago. He sent a bs text about nothing at 2am. I just can't handle any of the lack of communication, being ignored, lack of time and energy, etc. I told him so a couple of days ago. I shouldn't have to try to drag anything out of him. If he cares about losing me, he will either step up or just needs to stay away. I've been moving on anyway...meeting other people. That's a problem only God and he can fix.

    Many men understand that love is only expressed through physical intimacy or through materialism.
    The Ego and pride can destroy a beautiful relationship. Lack of spiritual growth and emotionally connection is very common. One doesn't have to be religious, there are other ways to find an understanding if only people put in the work... Suggest to get self-help books for tools if not interested in seeking councilling.

He did tell me he has an illness and I told him it didn’t change the way I felt about him and I thought he would be ok now about communicating with me, Your explanation of how difficult it is for men to show their feelings brought tears to my eyes,, for how often I must have hurt his feelings through my lack of understanding. • @njoy2day453
      @njoy2day453 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      It's important to learn a person's communication style. We do not send and receive messages the same way.
      I think quizzes like the 5 Love Language quiz and the personality test created by Carl Jung are great places to start. A lot of men tend to have Act of Service as a love language and to your point of being a perfectionist, as long as they are providing and working hard they are expressing their love. However, I feel I understanding the traits that are dominant in a man allows you to know how to better communicate with him.
      I feel being honest and consistent is also important in establishing trust and a strong friendship. This takes time and patience.

      I am currently dealing with this now. I found your channel BECAUSE I am trying to find a solution. I know how he feels about me, and his actions have shown it. However, as of lately there have been some new stressors to arise in his life and he is not opening up to me about it completely. I can feel that he isn't regardless of what he tells me. I literally just called my uncle that lives MILES away to get some insight from him. And he was able to give me the same advice you just did here, but more personalized due to the information I provided to him about my situation. I don't want to push him away for good because I am trying to get him to understand that I am really here for him no matter what. What I conclude, there really is not much else we can do as women except to give it time. But not ignore him.

I am a very supportive person. If I can do it a Man can because, I have been very dominant in the Masculine energy and I didn't have a "Mother" essentially, more raised by my Father who to this day still doesn't want to hear anything negative, shuts emotion straight down so, I have not had anyone I can be vulnerable with growing up.

    One of the things I did was listen as he told me he tried a job he hated and quit. I laughed told him my own story. We both agreed we cannot put energy into something we dont feel is purposeful and even though we quit we are still successful! It help tremendously knowing that he doesn’t have to be perfect made him more relaxed! -He was raised not to speak but to just do!

  • @MarkTailor-k6q
    @MarkTailor-k6q ปีที่แล้ว

    I would add the one thing that I have struggled most with. As a man, we get punished if we over react or under react emotionally. For example, if I am too angry for a given situation I will be perceived as having an anger problem. At the same time, if I cry a little too much, I will be perceived as too sensitive or week. And, if I don't express how I feel at all, a robot. Women can go a bit crazy and most men will still listen to them and try to understand. For men, we have to always react emotionally in proportion to the situation, if we don't we are punished for the reaction and the reason why we had an emotion is lost. This emotional balancing act is something I don't feel many women realise and why so many men just don't share how they feel because they don't want to potentially rock the boat.

    • @purplepheasant4776
      @purplepheasant4776 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should be able to be authentic. I love expressive men. If a woman can't handle your emotions, she either has her own issues or isn't in love with you. I would hold a man if he cried or support them in reasonable anger. No one likes an angry volcano or blubbering baby. Men and women should strive to control their emotions. If you are punching walls there is a problem. These issues must be worked on before pursuing a relationship.

      @@johnnycalderon9951and how did that go for you?. Great them like crap, you will only get a low value woman. That's the most you can get attracting women that way. A good, stable woman will run a mile and you will have to pick from the single mom's, the hoes and the ones desperate they will settle for anything.

    I think a guy I spoke to was like this he kept on saying it's hard for him to express himself... And also ain't ready for a relationship however he still hails me and wants to go to lunch , its real confusing. Now I only hail him from time to time cuz I don't want him to block my blessings.
