Instruo Arbhar & Lubadh // Everything started with a resonant filter!

- All did indeed start with a single ping from the Instruo I-o47, and then through the magic of recording many of them at different Lubadh's speeds... we got to this chirping forest of layers upon layers of magic!
Arbhar came last, providing some substance under Lubadh (and the reverb too!), so I could easily tweak the two decks without having moments of silence.
I left this going for hours, then I decided it was time to add some voice too, since I had been kinda singing along the whole afternoon, and here we go!
I am very proud of this, I know it will perform pretty poorly on TH-cam, but I honestly care very little, since this is what I want from a performance, and I am happy to present it to you.
I hope you'll enjoy it!

Hello, the track is really beautiful. Singing to it in particular enriches the sound enormously. Great!
By the way: Your case is also beautiful. Can you tell what kind of case this is?
Thank you so much, it has been such an accomplishment for me to put together such a complete track, instead of a "jam".
The case is the beautiful EBE-1 by NoNo Modular :)
Very inspiring ❤
Thank you so much 🧡
Very nice, it’s like a lost sequel to Loop Guru’s Third Chamber.
Thank you so much! I need to educate myself, so thank you for the recommendation ;)
sublime alchemy.......keep going in this direction with your voice and modular ....you have something magical flowing !
Humbled 🙏🏻
I'll keep trying my best, but I really feel this is the direction I want to work and improve on 🧡
Your videos always inspire me to go down to my studio and start patching. I've resisted the Arbhar for years, but that new firmware looks soo cool
I couldn't be happier!
Also because this recording is the result of a very UNproductive afternoon, that transformed into stubbornness to get something done, and now I am very proud of how it came out 🧡
(Arbhar is cool af, including the reverb: everything you're hearing is just its own reverb 🫠)
Update: there MAY have been a really good deal on Arbhar at my local synth shop today, and I MAY have gone down and picked one up 😶
Do you use the NoNo (4x 84hp) case with 2 power supplies? Very nice sound! Thanks for sharing
I do! If you look in the latest videos, you should see it mounted as 4x 84HP :)
Very convenient, since I also gain 2x USB ports for power on the back of the case, great for my Zoom F6.
And thank you so much for checking my video out 🧡
beautiful! pairs perfectly with my morning coffee 😊 thanks for sharing!
That's lovely!
So yeah, let's share a coffee together, since it seems we're on the same time zone 🧡
What a great patch! lovely sounds!
Thank you so much! I love how it all started from a minuscule event of sound like a ping, so I can look back and see how far I've come with the patch 😄
It sounds beautiful! May I ask, what speakers are you using? they look nice and a great size, for some intimate patching sessions! :)
Thank you a lot! And these speakers really are great for these focused setups.
They are IK iLoud, probably the cheapest speakers that are still good enough for playing without sacrifices!
Thanks for replying! Yeah, they really look nice and the reviews are also quite good! :) @@Dexba
Lovely sounds of sparkling delight! ✨✨✨✨✨
I love making music that makes me happy, and that gives me peace.
This is it, this is what I my music to sound like 🧡
Totally wonderful 👏👏👏. Subscribed!
Thank you so much 🧡
And welcome 🙏🏻
Super lovely, mate! Nice one!
Thank you so much 🙏🏻
This has been something coming really from the deep, I'm glad I recorded it properly
Uh, that sounds so so beautiful ❤️
I even tried to make this a livestream, but my computer refused to work that day, so I resorted for a more condensed performance for a video!
Thank you so much! 🧡
Such a wonderful creation!
Honoured! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
Gorgeous and inspiring
Thank you so much, I'm glad you found it inspiring 🙏🏻
Superb! any chance of it going up on Bandcamp?
Thank you so much! 🧡
And it definitely will: I am in the process of removing my music from streaming services, focusing only on more "stable" releases on Bandcamp.
So yeah, I grouping some other modular exploration, now I just need a title for the album :)
@@Dexba Excellent! I'm really glad I discovered Bandcamp - I much prefer to pay something to artists I appreciate rather than just freeload!
It feels way better for artists too, the more intentional listening, rather than the rat race to the "pls add me to the famous playlist so people can distractedly maybe discover me"; and that's all even before considering the monetary side, which I honestly don't think about much, given how small my circle is :)@@hundovir
Beautiful!
Thank you! 🙏🏻
