If you can beat them, join em? Well, a longer one at least, i kinde missed them... And a good, interesting one, too. For once, Humans aren't the beings that are basicly the pineapple of intergalactic evolution and/or culture, but the allround ok guys i imagen us to be. Instead, we are France. Humanety France Yeah! (I am not Sorry.)
Have you ever heard the tragedy of Darth Plaugeis the wise? I thought not. It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.
And all the other wars the two had at the time. I am surprised when ever I get to the Krimean wars how centuries old enemies just barely generation after Bonaparte joined together and been that way since. It's like Finland and Poland willingly join with Russia to fight rest of Europe.
Actually somewhat disappointed they didn't play Diplomacy with the Clan Leaders. Possibly revealing how backstabbing some of them were and having it all devolve into Clan Infighting.
10 years later we're running every clan from the shadows because the Overlords are too busy partying and leave all the paperwork to humanity.
"We ask nicely"
I laughed Loud, love it
Pretty sure most of us in Stellaris would have a diplomacy of something like this.
Set Rights: Purge, extermination.
Did you just say *PURGE!? GET THE BLACK TEMPLARS!*
No xeno burgers are too good for that
Am I the only one who builds Federations and than make my allies devour the Galaxy regardless of difficulty?
@@nobodyfromnowhere3597 no i tend to play RP races so I don't often get to the crisis before it peaters out
So basically humanity ends up the dominion elf dudes from DS9. Yeah I can see that, we are sneaky bastards.
Dude I love a good game of diplomacy
We asked nicely
I was expecting something like a war story or a story about negotiations where we beat an alien species, and I was very pleasantly surprised
Damn, Narrator got the short end of the stick. I guess he can wait for another shot at retirement.
If you can beat them, join em?

I have an idea make so much toxic waste it develops gravity then send a radioactive ball of pure death mutating and melting anything in its wake

Because xenos are space Mongolia
France got wealth regardless of if it won wars of not of which they did and USA wouldn't be a thing if it wasn't for France.
We should be space British empire
ADerpyReality you just contradicted yourself the British used the American revolution to bankrupt France
And all the other wars the two had at the time. I am surprised when ever I get to the Krimean wars how centuries old enemies just barely generation after Bonaparte joined together and been that way since. It's like Finland and Poland willingly join with Russia to fight rest of Europe.

Oh I love a good orbital bombardment! Kinetic relevatistic kill vehicle!
didn't we have nukes before space flight tho?
Hence: 'They were a lot like us'
Ya. I think I listened to this one like the 4th time now.
Excellent narration but this sounds like it was written by a woman trying way too hard to be tough
