Only bad things that i done i cooked chiken in brot too long on too hot heat and it left not much:D thats why not all my rices cooked out;/ and other thing my big boil’s bottom burnt:D but some parts of food was good and very very delicious so today im doing second time. Do you have any tips/suggestions on ways to prevent sticking? I've seen some people suggesting using parchment paper (placing it down first before adding the layers). Thanks!

Traditionally we use either eggplant or cauliflower, but personally I prefer cauliflower.

You can add 1:2 ratio ( rice: water). Here I used 5 cups in total , 1 cup extra for cooking the chicken. Mentioned in video and description. 😊

Better use long grain basmati rice.. if not available try with normal rice.
