Ingredients
------------------------------------------------
1.5 kg chicken (cut your choice)
Ghee 1/4 cup (around 60ml)
Onion sliced 2 medium
Pepper corn 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 3nos
Cardamom 6nos
Cinnamon 2nos
Cloves 10nos
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Hot water 2 litters (as a required)
For Fry
--------------------------------------
Cooking oil 500ml
Potatoes 600gm
Eggplant 600gm
Cauliflower 600gm
Fried onions 1/2 cup
For Rice
------------------------
Basmati rice 4.5 cups (soaked before 30 mins)
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cardamom 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cook until water is reduced
Then after low heat cook for 30 minutes
Serving the flip on a tray

@@ChefKayumKitchen Because i am not anymore in the middle east. Where i am right now there is no arabic food which i learn to eat when i came to KSA way back 2014. Having those dish bring up the memories of moment where you eat with your co-workers and friends, feasting on Kabsa, laham, biryani, even its parotta with chai halip. That woll work Assalamulaikum CHEF.. thanks for sharing. Will do this in my kitchen.
