While was testing FusionMod for game, opened issue about this stuff, and in the end our conclusion or more an assumption was that game wants 30fps for that scene to play. When framerate is locked to 30 with all settings enabled, with Nvidia Experience, and so on, it plays, but 30fps OOF :D
Why am i not surprised another Ubisoft PC Port messes up somehow. Looked for a fix for ages. Gave up. The algorithm just showed it randomly. Had to redownload the game but iT FUCKING WORKED THANK YOU SO FUCKING MUCH i can actually beat the game now, without having to watch the last cutscene on youtube. and why do you have exposed WIRES in your PC!? o.O
i have the same issue, so you just need to change from dx11 to dx9? Is it all? No other setting like: - make sure that "V-Sync" is set to "On", - set it no more than MSAA 4x, - do not use Nvidia GeForce Expirience...
Thats what I did and it seemed to work no problem. I also have it set to Borderless as the display mode. I didnt use Nvidia Geforce at all. Or teh Nvidia Control Panel. Vsync i have set to on. My settings at 0:48 and 0:49 got the cutscene to load.
@@BioAlpha5 noticed one thing. When I chose all the sets *Graphics Quality - Ultra* and *Display Mode - Borderless* the same like in DX9, but only for DX11 - I finally got the final cutscene! Win 10 Pro x64 21H2, driver vers. 526.57. Nvidia GeForce Expirience also was installed.
