First video watching form you guys, super underrated, all the knowledge and information and walking us through the build is top notch! Esrnes yourself a new sub
Hoping we won’t be sending any rods threw the block but definitely a ticking time bomb at these boost levels for stock motor. Eventually upgrade motor or maybe a swap in the future.
If you haven’t figured out what’s happening with the LPFP it’s JB4 firmware, get in touch with Terry Burger and he should direct you to the new firmware and you should be good to go! Took me and Chris forever to figure it out lol
I've got same fuel pressure issue but mine is lpfp drops which drops hpfp. Changed fuel pressure regulator and replaced stock fuel line with pr -6an. Hoping this solves the issues.
Do you know if cd919 can tune n54 the way that DME can handle everything? Like boost control, flex fuel, single O2 sensor on downpipe etc. I really don't want to have jb4 or any other control for boost and other stuff.
Yes that is possible but you need to at least get the motiv flex fuel box if you want to be on actual flex fuel. Stay tuned for a up coming video made some changes to the car you might be interested in.
Yeah I know about the flex fuel box by Motiv. I have that in my car already and I'm still running the stock turbos. Next summer I'm supposed to convert the car to be single turbo. I just have a lot of research to do.@@psychoticstreetbuilds
@@lovertskeet in video it was on e85 with MHD/JB4 with JB4 controller currently on reflex plus now. Car has phoenix racing intake manifold with 750cc injectors
@@psychoticstreetbuilds oh okay cool good to know. Sick build btw bro keep up the fire content! Would like to see some rolls and Dyno numbers! Love from SoCal
@@psychoticstreetbuilds I also have the same issue as you with the lpfp dipping during pulls but when I log with protool it stays in the 70s. I saw your post on jb4tech hopefully Terry can fix it on the next firmware version.
No it is still reading low but actual low pressure is not low im hoping Terry will come out with a fix but I doubt it. Let me know if you figure something else out
Found out the pressure wasn’t actually dropping and it is something to do with the JB4 interface or app haven’t really got a answer from Terry but if I do will let you know.

That turbo is gonna love a bigger exhaust 🔥 the big tires hook up nice! Do the tires spin bad in 2nd?
No spinning if the tires are warmed up they hook in 2nd really good

I didnt know CD919 tuned with JB4
Yeah he does tune cars on JB4 but we just use jb4 as boost controller and PI controller and actual tune is flashed threw MHD.

Did you figure out the issue with the jb4 reading incorrectly on the lpfp? I’m having the same issue.

@@psychoticstreetbuilds I just read my pressure in mhd and it’s showing 72 psi at idle. Jb4 is showing 61
Yeah pretty normal for JB4 I don’t think they will ever get it fixed
Did you ever fix the fuel pressure issue

@@psychoticstreetbuilds my car is doing same and I don’t have jb4 just mhd
Is the Iow pressure dropping under boost?
