- We made another trip down to your 14 acre in Kentucky this week. This time we were able to stay for seven days and really make some progress. We worked on some paperwork stuff like getting an address but we made huge progress in the development plan. We worked on septic layout, water access, electrical plan, building locations, and continued with the landscaping. Hope you enjoy and can't wait to share more on the next trip!

We recently also switched to Artlist for the music in our videos. It's made a huge difference we think.

That is where I am from, it is a beautiful State, it reminds me a lot of Scotland and ironically that is where a lot of our ancestors are from and settled.
At the top of your land is where I would build my home. What a great view from up there.
That is the plan. We mapped out where we want to place it. Just have to get the RV spot and utilities set up at the bottom so we can stay full time while we build at the top.
Nice spot once you get up there. May want to bite the bullet and get a experienced dozer man in there , be surprised what he can get done in a short period of time. Them big rocks can destroy a bush hog. I learned that.
Thanks for the advice. I hadn't thought of that. I will see if I can find someone. We wanted to be up front with whoever clears it so they know there could be hidden obstacles. Granted, I'd imagine the guys in the area are used to finding hidden rocks.
Good luck,It sounds like a huge project...
Thanks. Yes it will be!
