Koil has been spot on with his takes vs the admins who are constantly making head scratching decisions. Also if Kebun went to Koil OOC and asked to have a job as a prison guard working under Carmine I guarantee Koil would do it knowing how good the RP would be
Contraband minigame: People can bring lifers goods with hidden contraband, a DOC has to check goods but has to win the minigame to "Maybe" find contraband, if they fail then inmate gets contraband smuggled in. Take it a step further and have the ability for inmate to hide contraband opening the door for "Lockdowns and inspections" depending on how well the inmate completed the minigame versus how well the DOC does the "Search" minigame they could successfully hide contrband. Apply the same idea to things like prison drugs and alcohol.
I mean this is literally what Blau has been advocating for on his RP podcast for a while now. Give the pure RP characters fucking Power and Privileges that they would use to create RP and not just benefit their own clique BECAUSE that's the type of person and roleplayer they are.
He's like Kebun, put him in any scenario and they will just make stuff happen. These are the roleplayers you need to concentrate resources on, because the content 52chains can provide is 100x what half the city can do
I really hope Koil does the public slots. The public server has become very stale and being able to interact to prove yourself in jail would be awesome.
Thank god for Koil, I've been so worried about how hands off everyone has been about this whole thing, I asked Crane in his chat if Bobby and Carmine were going to get access to the infirmy and he literally said "Better off having them on the ground than griefing people outside the hospital tape fourhead knowingly" and I almost lost all hope for this actually working out. Carmine and Bobby BOTH are amazing roleplayers.
The public jail thing in theory is a good idea, in practice it'll be a nightmare. You got AU which will be the wild west and probably not something safe to stream, the amount of loud grinder mics and snipers are going to force crims to not do crime, etc. There's just far to many issues bound to arise with it that it's probably not worth doing.
He also had the idea of bringing people from public who have a good standing and have lots of hours, into jail to be a lifer. That's probably the better option as at least it's people you can semi trust to not be crazy
Koil needs to go back to being more involved in the day to day of the server, even just for a week or 2. I feel like A LOT of problems both sides have would either be immediately solved or be discussed in a productive manner. Enough with the babysitting by admins nerfing everything and restricting content as soon as they catch wind with whats been happening, let the roleplay play out and let people adjust to new metas.
Bro i would be down to be a lifer in there and just be able to fuck with Carmine and Bobby lmao. They both have some funny ass moments but nobody gives them a chance to actually rp out their story archs. I mean they put both of them as warden so they aren't with the rest of the server which imo is a bit fucked but still shit is funny. I honestly believe Carmine can make some very hilarious rp inside the jail if given the opportunity
I’m kinda confused as to what koils role is in the development of no pixel now? I was under the impression he was an owner and could do whatever he wanted
this is great. Crims could put them on their personal vehicles to use them in crimes. Would make cars more valuable to them and theyll be less reliant on lock picking locals

if they dont actually abuse the power they have and dont fuck it up and dont turn the prison to a crime city then yes they should have the admin menu console for the prison, but yesterday they already lock the door and people cant get out because of it

The rushed server is whatever because the vision and dev work is awesome and just needs time and playtesting but the not doing anything about the fucked culture of the Nopixel business is a whole other. Rockstar is coming to the RP game. Fix the culture and admin team. Get rid of Hon I don;t care how much effort and work they put in they are stuck in the past.

give him the tools, carmine makes great rp. prison rp can be great, it might stop the crims crying when they go to jail.
