The RP on Nopixel has been shit for a while, most people are in clicks and think they are above others and have a generally shitty attitude a lot of the times and don't really want new people involved in any type or storyline.

I mean after the doj freak offs, it was clearly rigged and bound for failure eventually with all that ooc bias. And nothing changes in 5.0 if admins don’t do admin things like prodigy and purple rp do. If they have something goin on that shouldn’t be, they stop it ooc, they don’t care about “letting the rp play out” with some things, because otherwise you get 4.0 situations

It failed because of mods like moon being allowed to use that server as their own personal Diddy party. CG leaving killed your server. All the rp left with them. I haven't watched since and I cannot see myself ever watching power trip meta on nopixel again.

I miss the days when all the big streamers were playing Nopixel. It seems like the GTA RP had its big phase and it’s not coming back. Maybe it will return when GTA 6 comes out.

NP is past its prime. Got lazy and other cities surpassed them. Prodigy blew these guys out of the water.

Should run it like 2.0 and call it a day. Admins playing cops and being butt buddies with all their cop friends having unlimited power killed the server

He always say he doesn't have time to do this or that. "Oh yea, I remember getting an e-mail about this a few months ago but didn't have time" WTF......THIS is one of the biggest reason why 4.0 is failing. They SHOULD have someone in charge that has the time. Not really rocket science.

KOIL, there was nothing to do in 4.0 other than grind. Prodigy had like 1000 things to do. You want to go kart, play tennis, pvp arena. They had skill trees with progression, better heists, shoe store heists, food store heists, inside car heists, mailbox heists, car dealership heists, atm heists, bank heists, house heists, real estate app with auctions, easier to add people on phone, better apps, quality of life, and cops that actually played RP. Nopixel 4.0 on other hand was absolutely empty. Nothing to do. Prodigy wiped the floor with you. It was Prodigy A+, Nopixel D-.

It never "failed." It's simply the fact that the server owner prioritises profit over product quality - which he has every right to do. At the end of 1.0 there was a boom due to summit and lyrik, Koil handled that well and invested time and money into 2.0. Therefore, this gave the foundations for the big boom when XQC and other content creators joined. As with most content, things started getting stale and repetetive and Koil was just taking advantage of all the benefits and why not, he started it all, he can do what he likes. Other servers started to pop up and groups started to form talking about what is best and what not and because Koil wasn't taking on certain people, they decided to move on. Then announcing 4.0 early gave everyone a chance to take a break and wait for it. Some never returned, some did and it was tied up with too many rules that some people just left it. Some people with power were still holding it back and Koil had his nice payday and just let others do what they wanted. Therefore it slowly dies - like any game. Koil started the server and made his money, big time, and no one can blame him for doing so. But he also is the reason why it is starting to die out. But hey ho, its up to him. In my opinion, when Summit first joined and was learning this whole new RP world and mechanics of this, then so where 40k viewers of his and it was great and refreshing. Summit treated the others in game with the most respect and appreciated that this was their world that he is stepping into. In turn, some of them gained organic exposure in the streaming world. But when it started to become a content creators play toy then it started going sour. People joining just for the content and the buzz at the time were taking up places of actual roleplayers and this is when it became a decision for Koil - make money off exposure or keep the roleplay aspect.

3.0 Heists and thrill were far better, I have literally not watched anything so exciting as per as Online Streams, That era was unforgettable

I will say it Dean was the best Heist designer, the new heists are all about Butcoin lol

So theres tuner gearboxes that cost 150k, there's a dyno system, but they wont implement it... Make it make sense

I guess just because CG are on Prodigy, NP is “dying”…. forgetting there are other people than CG.

This man is clueless and doesn’t care anymore. But wants people to think he is working on fixing things. But he is not.

IMO the server is failing because of the crime system and pc system. There are too many steps involved with the pc hideout shit that it introduces many bugs and extra time for essentially no reason. There is also a big lack of heists to make money. The casino is obviously after 11 months still not open which also takes away another method to make or lose money. Lately Capped is popping off with events for gangs that are really fun for the players but also for the viewers. But this was sadly missing for a big part of 4.0. Not to mention the horrible decisions that have been made by players with an admin function.

It failed because the community split up in 3 parts, the cops and solid RPers went with gtawiseguy and dean, the fun/tryhard trolly went to prodigy and the people on NP now is the leftovers or those who stayed behind. And neither of the servers are fun to watch. Dean/Wiseguy crew took alot of the cops, heists and car/racing/boosting roleplay. CG ended up being hated and split up kinda specially after rated drama. And alot of decisions was made by Koil to either nerf/ruin/break up cops not realizing they are needed, same as CG, even if you hate them its good to have them on a server, its the democrats and republican duality/polarity. You need 2 sides to bring something value and then you ping pong back and forth between the two. Instead we removed cops and then removed CG so now the server is pretty shite.

Turning the game into an mmo rpg is old dated and no one will want to live in your server 24/7 doing side quests to get rich in monopoly fictional money .they gotta understand that .most people want to have fun and not grind pixels .i really think that if they just gave e erybody a mod menu where they can spawn any prop or vehicles and change characters would ve resulted on way funnier and better rp experience .

Literally Crane singlehanded botched 4.0 with all his ooc meta powergame bullshit. Guy was waayyy more immature than people believed. Team that up with Siobhans meta-powergaming catfish self, forget it.

This is why you need someone like X in the server. He is one of the few willing to challenge bullshit laws in a court, and creating change in RP, without needing an OOC solution. The entire 4.0 has less Major Court Cases in its entire life compared to the first 6 months of 3.0 This has allowed an organic feel to the Justice system.

Idk id say its need improving Cypress is fun, Hades is going well, Dundee's stuff is fun, Hydra and Besties are still successful, Clowns on a decline but there in a civil war tho Crime is picking up, and the terrible police department has gotten alot better, we just need this to reach a few other departments and fine tune itself.

Im the mayor from np-es and i love this organic nopixel. mechanics help roleplay , just that,mechanics just HELP, people must roleplay the mechanics. All players want evrything and thats not roleplay, thats what they are AVATARS. Avatars of themselves, just loosers in life, people who dont know how to loose in a game.

It’s interesting bc I only watched mid-late 3.0 and had really enjoyed a lot of the new streamers even alot of the new characters that interacted with established characters. But now even some of those new ones are gone :/
