4.0 was rushed before it was ready, plus some Braindead Dev and admin decisions and you have a server where people are literally actively speaking about not enjoying it .
Its so easy to not watch the streams.

tbf the main thing players dislike is the whole dna thing, coz right now once you've had ur dna done, theres nothing u can do, touch anything and ur dna stays on it etc etc, however people such as crane have been making rp itself horrendeous with laws that they're adding, i cant remember the exact law but it was basically causing u not to wanna do any kind of criminal rp just coz if ur caught the fine is so extreme (something like 60k+), people forget that this is a content server not a serious rp server
