Levrone, Nasser, Shawn Ray, Cormier, etc....

I don't understand why the Olympia showrunners don't have a standard set of tanning solutions and lights they use for their contests. It seems like a no brainer to me that certain combinations of lighting and tanning are better than others and the obvious thing to do is standardize them so that each year the competitors are consistently shown.
I still preffer 1993, 1998, and 1999 over 2009, but still an amazing year. And with so much new blood coming into the sport, one can only hooe that future Olympias will get at least a little closer to these
Victor didn't take '08 off to come back stronger in '09. He got a major leg injury that required surgery. He fucked up his quad/knee. That's why he came back in 2009 weaker instead of stronger. If he didn't get injured, he would have competed in '08.
@@mindgames50 The guy had many barriers outside of his control that prevented him from becoming Mr.O including his sister's murder in 2009 the same year he tried to come back from the leg injury. Then his time detained prevented another comeback in 2012. Were it not for those things, I think he would have been Mr.O for a few consecutive years and even would have kept Phil Heath from becoming Mr. O for a while. I think it was mostly the knee injury that did him in.
Branch had so much oil.. shoulder, arms and maybe back. Victor Martinez probably the only person to be this obvious and place high. Conditioning took him a long way

Tiny Dexter didn’t deserve to win in 08, they were just penalizing Cutler for the controversy of the previous year. Branch was better than him.

Branch was obvious judged on the amount of quality dense conditioned muscle. Not on prettiness.
