      @@alexandrosmironis6093 Ole is a good man manager. Players have liked this about him. But he is out of his depth when it comes to tactics. This is where the members of the coaching staff pitch in with their expertise about style of play, tactical setup and so on. The reason Ole will have to go is not because he is a bad manager. The reason he will go (if he goes) will be his inept tactical decisions and lack of playing identity. Also, i respect your opinion. You think the coaching staff is not a problem. But in my opinion, they lack experience to be coaching a high profile team like United which has a lot of world class players.

    Gary Neville: “Something changed at Leicester at half-time.” As if everything has been great before that! Like Carragher said, the stats show the problems run deeper than 1 week ago. Fact is, Ole is trying to compete against relentless opponents (Tuchel, Klopp, Guardiola) all operating at the very highest level of their trade. He’s not tactically sophisticated enough or ruthless (remember he spent most of his playing career happily sat on the bench, not ruthless enough to demand a starting position) to compete with Chelsea, City and Liverpool. And it’s not just Ole. The club has been mismanaged from the top for over a decade now. Recruitment has generally been awful and many of the players have serious attitude and motivational problems (Pogba, Rashford etc)

I saw how he names Fred and Mctominay and then boom, Ronaldo...nothing about Maguire's bad displays over the last year, nothing about good players on the bench, nothing about using the same formation, nothing about Ole...just Ronaldo not pressing is his problem.

      @@rushpan93 The short term success is clearly working for Chelsea, maybe it is time for Utd to change its ways before they become obsolete. • @rushpan93
      @rushpan93 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RKM_770 yea that's the thing right there. You either need to go Chelsea route at least in the short term (in a way you already did though with probably weaker squads). Or you should look at some one of the same level as Rodgers, who has a tactical upbringing and isn't a big name to assert his philosophy on the club. The latter is more ideal but yea it's equal parts risky. What I'm curious about more though, is how long can Utd keep pumping out money without any winnings? Is the financial situation good enough just from business stuff? And is that sustainable?
