Its not pay to win lol. You cant buy ANYTHING that gives you silver to earn weapons or armor. Its clearly not. P2W isnt represented by IN GAME items that DONT effect YOUR skill OR ability to do damage. Just because you can earn something IN GAME (convenience item), does NOT mean that it = p2w. The items you cover do not give a significant advantage at all.
You can purchase RC to recruit higher level than you pawns which is a combat advantage. So a newer player once the game is settle could get a max level group of pawns and steamroll the game. that said theyre marked for DLC so you can only make these 22 purchases once which I mistakenly left out. Still p2w, whether people choose to specifiy their definition doesnt really matter.
