I just noticed your Rogue folding rig has numbers on the pin holes. Dang! That's a nice feature. Mine just has the pine holes...the number would make placing the J-cups so much easier!
Know this has been around a while but was finally able to complete the whole workout. Before I would normally drop out after the 20/20/40/40 sets, too much weight or burned out. I got to 30/30/60/60 a few times but was gassed out after. Today worked through it and did it. I was only using 40’s but good enough for me.
This is probably my favorite clang n bang workout so far, doing it for the second time tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻
