    The title straight away had me thinking back to pumping iron! Love that CrossFitters can look like bodybuilder's but can bodybuilder's do CrossFit.... 🤔🎤

    I’m always impressed by Crossfit athletes and how they look jacked but also are endurance athletes.

      Dan Bailey yessir! I worked out at CrossFit 417 in Missouri for a while doing the sports performance side of things as a baseball player. Jared Stevens is a great coach there.

    Great job yesterday! You know I'm sure you already know this but when I do bent over flys or rows I always rest my forehead on a towel that I put on a bar resting on jhooks or top of incline bench. That way if you start standing up you'll know it because your head will come off the towel.
