I was waking up with shoulder & knee pain. Got a grounding mat, and I wake without pain. It worked for me after sleeping on my mat the first night. I have seen other benefits and am day 2. Can’t wait to see the difference in a month!
Have no aches or pains other than nureopathy in my toes feet swelling. Does this help. I cannot stand to walk bare foot my soles can't take it to senditive
I gave my Mom and husband an earthing mattress pad, she’ sleeps 12 hours a day, arthritis stuff at 67. Her first night, she knocked out so hard, she said she couldn’t turn over at all, was paralyzed with sleep…Thurs morning she woke at 4:45 , exactly 8 hours later, and worked out on her elliptical twice by 9am. I feel she will be A-OK in a couple of months 😀
I started grounding since I was so young....we walked with bare feet because we don't have slippers then brought by poverty. Reason why I never got sick @ 65. Thank you so much Divine Providence!
Thank you for spreading the knowledge of grounding/earthing and the benefits people can experience. With new technologies, we now have grounding shoes that look and feel like regular and modern shoes, although allow conductivity to pass through the shoes and into a person's feet. I recently purchased a grounded underlay for my bed. I understand the theory Clint puts forward, and it does make sense to me that being grounded was part of the human design. 14 days later, I am still in a lot of pain daily, but will keep an open mind on all of this as it may take more time for the effect to kick in. Either way, it cannot do me any harm and do seem to be sleeping somewhat better, so that is a good thing. There are multiple reasons for pain, not just the fact that inflammation is present, which is why it may not be a total cure for it.
What did it entail? I am thinking about putting a strip of some kind of metal tape across my bed (I usually sleep in underwear), that connects me to the ground outside my window. I am willing to try anything!!! (This is something I've never believed in/tried before)
@@curtmcdougall8598 - it is just an underlay or a sheet with straps to go around mattress. The material has metal embodied in it. I paid $400 for this, so recommend to try the simple stuff first. If your pain is purely due to inflammation, you may get benefit.

I have chronic pain. I have a single prong wire I can plug into a wall socket. I've tested the socket and it's properly grounded. I attach this directly to the bottom of my foot with a conductive pad, like with an ecg or 'tens' unit. I've sleep like this, and wear it occasionally while sitting during the day. I have experienced zero benefit from this that I can perceive. I'm on the fifth floor, so making an earth ground would be difficult and walking barefoot is seasonally restrained. Plus, the times I have tried bare feet grounding, I've gotten the same nothing...
lol. i just did the same thing. attached a copper wire to the water pipe now i hold the end of the wire while im sitting in front of computer. Probably going to be a waste but trying it for me is free.
@@Jimo225 since my last comment I have actually run a wire, from the 5th floor, to a small copper grounding rod and tried using that for grounding. No perceived benefit
I bought grounding sheets and used them for two months and they didn't help my body pain. I went barefoot for two hours a few times but it didn't help. I was so disappointed.
i have chronic pain in my feet. I went on vacation at the seaside and for a whole week I had 0 pain. I was baffled. I realized later it was the barefoot walking I was doing everyday at the beach.
Grounding now! I’ve struggled with chronic pain, degenerative disc disease, hip arthritis, and a forward posture that caused severe pain in my neck where spine sticks out in the back and I’ve had information in my body… grounding works! Everyone should know about this and get back to nature! We are humans and god meant us to be outside in the grass

I got a grounding yoga mat. I've used it all but a few days for about an hour for 5 or 6 weeks. I have Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, chronic ulcerative colitis, both of my knees have their meniscus torn in more than one place, neuralgia in my feet, and possible trigeminal neuralgia. I bought the mat because I wanted to increase my energy. Results show a subtle increase in energy, I'm able to get to sleep more quickly (30 minutes instead of an hour), and the pain isn't as bad (5 or 6 on the 1-10 pain scale instead of 6-7). I wouldn't call it a miracle, but it has helped.
Grounded sleep for first 3 days and ive felt terrible and woke up right at sunrise 5:45 for 3 days straight! Hopeful its my bidy adjusting and will fade. Grounded on separate rod out in boonies with no wifi. Notable fatigue and brain fog
@Tony Hinkle after a week now i seem to be back to normal, no noticable benefits yet. Ill keep doing it though, we do a lot of things for health we don't necesarily notice. Cant see it hurting!

Oh dear, he says such unscientific things, I'm sorry, I straight away have a switch off in my head - I can't take what he says seriously and listen without cringing 😳 only one thing made sense to me - the earthing principle itself, like earthing the house to the ground, for example. But what he says about curing inflammation... And anout wild animals not dying of cancer and other diseases???? oh god🤦🏼♀️it's lovely to walk barefoot, and I'm sure it has a ton of benefits, but lets not get carried away. And also, a possibilty of a placebo effect shoud be considered.

you have to be on wet ground with bare feet. bare feet on wood floor or carpet don't work
I have a sheet of copper, 3ft x 10ft, if I lay on that sheet of copper inside will it ground me?
It will if you have it connected to the earth outside (connect a copper wire to the copper sheet and the other end of the wire to the ground outside).
hook it up to your water copper pipe in the basement

Why can't we have inflammation when grounded?
Not that big a difference. That’s why there isn’t any craze over this
I am always barefoot in tbe summertime now the ground is frozen and snow
Even 10-30 seconds on cold snowy ground can help. Even concrete conducts this, just not as much as dirt, grass, sand etc.
Get an indoor grounding mat and/or grounded shoes.
From Sweden 🇸🇪 Here it is really cold ❄
This isn't a doctor or scientist or SEM, therefore, he isn't an expert! Earthing/Grounding has been going on since civilization began in Africa!!!
What doctor is an expert on Earthing??? Most medical doctors don't study that.
I was JUST watching this documentary. That’s providence right there.

No, it's the youtube algorithm
To say you can’t have information whike you’re grounded is rediculous.
