  • A documentary film about "Earthing" (aka Grounding).
#Grounding is a healing technique that includes performing activities that "ground you" or electrically reconnect you to the ground. This practice draws on the science of grounding and the physics of grounding to explain how electrical charges from the ground can have positive effects on your body.
Ground Therapy and Earthing products are Clint Ober's authentic, official #grounding products were originally created for practitioners and health-conscious professionals to offer their clients an additional tool to support healthy living.

I'm like the guy in the movie that had the bulging disc in his back; I fractured a vertebrae in my neck 40 years ago, it was inflamed with arthritis and gave me pain and constant headaches for over 30 years. All that completely disappeared within the first few days that I started grounding. Now, I've been on a mission, just like this filmmaker to get the word out, I have supplied grounding kits to many of my friends and family. Earthing is a miracle, praise God!

This works. I've known this for 20 years. I am 74 years old and I have not been to a doctor since having babies. I am not on medications of any kind. I ground daily and feel wonderful. If only people would give it a chance, it would change their lives for the better.

I have a background in electronics. I was drawn to "earthing" because of that. It doesn't matter what you believe, there's an electrical thing happening. Doesn't need to be connecting to mother earth or becoming one with the universe. It's like turning on a light. When the wire is not connected, the current needed to power the light doesn't work. But when you use the switch to make the grounding connection, power is supplied to the light. Our bodies are the light bulbs and connecting to earth ground is like turning on the switch to power the light. Our bodies need to be connected to ground to properly power the bodies ability to function correctly naturally. It's the way God made us. We are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Great point, also, I have tested extensively using a multi-tester and you can see that the stored voltage in your body drops virtually to zero when you are grounded. So at least that is a test we can do ourselves. But also, all of the most important studies of grounding are peer reviewed and seem to strongly suggest that there exists what is called an "umbrella" effect, that creates a negatively ionized space around the body, which repels EMFs EMCs and RF wave and significantly reduces those effects upon the body.

Personally, I don't like that they seem to leave God out of it. So every time they say mother nature or mother Earth I just replace it with GOD in my head. The earth didn't make itself so id rather praise the creator not the created.

Near my home Village in Switzerland there stands a 800 Year old Elm. It is quite famous.
My Grandpa told me once 70 Years ago that this tree would be my friend because I could talk to him. But I could only do so if I would touch the bark with both hands for 15 Minutes to establish a connection.
Every two Years I visit Switzerland from Canada and I have never failed to visit with my friend for a couple of hours and talk to him.
I would tell him my problems and it never failed that within a day or two I would find an answer to them.
The Elm was planted after black death had ravaged the Village and only a very few survived. Why was it planted there?
I can always feel the immense power of it and its surrounding ground and I also experience the complete calm after.
People often made fun of me because I called it the healing tree but they could never penetrate my utter conviction.

I was hit by a dump truck around the age of 20 and over the years my
TENS unit from the rehab center has been my go too until during Covid I was hurting so bad and the temps were below freezing so living close to a creek I went swimming and immediately all of my pain was gone. No meds to help but instant relief after suffering all night just from the ice cold water and then I started going to the creek daily and saw my entire health benefit from it. Only after I couldn’t go much did my health start declining again. GOD MADE EVERYTHING TO FIT AND ALSO FOR OUR BODIES TO HEAL THEMSELVES UNTIL GREEDY PEOPLE BEGAN KILLING EVERYONE SLOWLY! I was fortunate to grow up, at least part of my childhood, with access to a river of very clean water where we could swim daily all through the summer; Mom sent us at 2pm to get out of her hair and out of the hot sun. But we were also barefoot all day living on the farm and working in the garden. Now I know why my asthma cleared up when we moved there. Though it returned about 10 years after I moved off the farm. Now maybe it's not too late to get my health back. Willing to try.

20 years ago i read a book i found in an old used book store called places of power. I was a teenager and that book was touching on what I knew (by feel in the wilderness and although I didn't know its significance at the time, I was usually barefoot, and liked to walk creeks and rivers and remote wilderness places) I still spent most of my time in the wilds, free, and now I understand what my body has known and craved my entire life. When I go to the wilderness I've always had the greatest feeling of " im home". This is like being able to see the lost puzzle from the scattered pieces I've been holding so dear in my soul.

I stopped watching this half way through, and went outside to play barefoot with my dog. A few minutes later, panting and dizzy, I realized my excruciating shoulder, that I’d ripped up five days ago, had no pain!
It did return after I came back inside.
So, I found a wire, and connected it to the ground prong on a replacement plug, and removed the two electric current prongs. Then used tens patches at the other end. After a grounded night - of sleep(!!!) - I woke up with a body, rather than a pain factory! The pain, over night was so slight, that I slept comfortably, for the first time in a week. Thanks Steve! Thanks Haines, Alaska!!

This is day 3 of grounding for me. Day 1: I stood outside maybe 12 minutes and had foot relief right away in both feet for hours and it continues to get better the more I walk outside barefoot. I was 48 yrs old when I retired (28 yrs) as a fire fighter in a busy city. Retired because of many physical injuries on and off the job; and 2 yrs into retirement had bad injury to my foot from a dirt bike accident. 2 surgeries and some metal in my foot has left me limping, unable to go barefoot and generally in some pain or discomfort all the time. I'd say after 3 days of grounding I feel at least more than 50% better from pain and discomfort and probably walk 75% better than I was able to, and I'm for the first time in 10 years taking less pain medication. I'm just taking it one day at a time and see how far this can take me so here's to hoping for a better and healthier future to all who are blessed by this.

I've heard people say taking the metal out, after grounding for some time, will let the body heal itself and when the metal is gone you won't be used as an antenna of sorts, so you will end up being healed and no extra pain anymore. Worth looking into I'd say. My brother had metal in his leg after a motorbike accident, it's out now and he said he feels much better, but he's only just now learning about grounding from me, so I hope he gets into it more so and heals himself too,

True grounding is effective. As an electrician, I advise against the grounding products which use an electrical system ground. The most common wiring errors can put current on what you believe is a ground. Walk outside barefoot, hang on to a tree in the yard, or even drive a dedicated ground rod for your grounding products.

I've known for years there's something to this. I moved to New Mexico about 8 years ago to seek relief from a horrific broken back I sustained about 10 years ago. Shattered vertebrae which were replaced with bone from a cadaver and connected to me with rods and screws and a crushed spinal cord which creates a crazy amount of phantom pain. With no actual feeling on my left side from my waist down. I moved here from Wisconsin which gave me plenty of opportunities for earthing. In NM they have something called a goats head 🐐 it looks like that except the horns and face come to needle like points. Once you step on one you quickly learn not to go without shoes. As I went back home for visits I subconsciously would stop somewhere in Kansas and step out onto the first grass I would see and barefoot casually stroll with my dog. Even he seemed to know, instinctively rolling over in it in spectacular fashion. I made my own moccasins for years and always felt comfortable when I wore them. Not knowing why. I've bought leather goods to make a pair a couple of years ago and haven't got around to sewing some up.
After seeing this story I'm going to get right on it. Subconsciously my body was telling me to buy that material. This story has many branches like the roots that supports them in the very earth we desire. To be told for the rest of my life. Maybe this is the book I've been meaning to write. 🌎✌️😊. Tomic

Leather boots and moccasins are the most comfy shoes--wear into the exact shape of your feet. Wish the old style leather soled boots were not so expensive. Unfortunately can't do moccasins, there's too many bits of broken glass and old rusty nails in the soil here--country people used to just throw their garbage in the back 40.

I put a sock on my foot wrap it in a layer of duct tape then run a marker flat on the floor marking my foot. That creates the sole. Then I design where I want the seams with flaps, ties, buttons whatever you like for a design. Cut along those lines and trace those pieces onto card stock and you add a 1/4" for sewing. I hand sew mine with imitation sinew. You could always make the sole a thicker leather if you're worried about puncture wounds. 🌎✌️😊

I saw this movie back in 2015 & bought the Earthing mats. I haven't really used them much but did buy a grounding sheet a few years ago for arthritis in my knees. One time, after washing them, I didn't get the bed made for a few days. The pain really intensified, so I haven't missed a night with them. I have, however, spent time as often as I could in the nice weather outside with my bare feet in the grass. It really helped the arthritis! Lately, I've been having symptoms of dystonia, a disease related to Parkinson's but not fatal. I put a mat on my recliner a couple days ago. It's still early, but I'll keep ya'll posted.

Right before I started the mat, I was having such awful pain & spasms that I didn't know how I could live for another 15-20 years with them. The really awful ones are pretty much gone. I still have minor pains & spasms, but I can definitely live with that.

It's improved my sleep as well, 7-8 hrs every night with no interruptions. Improved balance and also a sort of sixth sense of knowing if someone is about to bump into you on a blind corner. I learned recently, in building an Orthodox Christian Church since the apostles, the altar must be connected to the earth. I was at a monastery in California recently, and the monk told me this. They were going to anchor it to one of multiple massive boulders in one area and build the church above the rocks. Also, in scripture, there are multiple instances where someone is asked to remove their sandals for they are on holy ground. Just interesting. All ancient religions understood the power of the earth and the cosmos. Many worshipped the dieties given dominion over those places; something lost to the scholasticism of modernity.
And also... That Health writer briefly interviewed was Michael Pollan, not Zucker. He's amazing and worth discovering if you are interested in how food is integral to our health in the most ancient way. Cheers!
Time to get my grounding sheets. 🤗

This grounding has been part of Sanatan Dharm as a way of life from times immemorial. In my childhood, we used to visit the temple every morning Our footwear was left at the entrance of the Hindu temple and walk into it's outer courtyard and then entre into its inner sanctorium. Pay clockwise circular rounds around the Diety and seek blessings. This changed as we grew older and school work increased. Then we could go to our native villages, during school vacations and expose ourselves to natural grounding while playing barefoot in the courtyard with our cousins from villages. However, today we have become our own enemies by covering mother Earth in Concrete Paver Blocks that are obstructing us from natural earthing and a natural way to healing the body. No doubt the Pharmasy lobby and certain greedy medical practitioners n Politicians stand to gain at the cost of common man's illness. My prayers to the Universe to cleanse the disease of greediness from the inner core of human heart. 🙏
Samastha Lokah Sukhino Bhavantu 🙏 May the many worlds be always encompassed in eternal bliss.
    Jai Sri Ram.

There is only one God who created everything. The word worlds in the Bible is in reference to continents, and the different nations on those continents. This was the Terminology from the 1600-1800’s, when America was considered the New World. We should use the words of the Bible, and not words such as Globe, universe, or galaxy. Also, There is never any mention of around anything in the Bible concerning our world.

I guess we all know that I the one thing that struck me at Native Americans always wanted to be in touch with the ground and did not want to sit in chairs when asked why they just said they felt disconnected, they were the first ecologist in my mind and maybe didn’t know science, but we’re very very much in touch with the world. They lived closely with they were intimate with it.

To be connected to the earth is a great concept, and a necessity, but to worship the Great Spirit, as the Indians do, cannot be mixed with Christianity, where our God is named. Romans chapter 1 tells us that many have worshipped the creation over the Creator. Read John chapter 1 in the king James Bible, to find out who Jesus is!

Afterwards they would come out completely cured. So this has been known for hundreds of years. It’s crazy to think how far away from nature we’ve gotten. The earth is where we came from. Love every ounce of this and grateful for everyone involved. We are disconnected from the earth and need to RECONNECT.

One of the best documentaries I have watched in a looooong time. Beautiful. Moving. Inspiring. Controversial. Highly recommend!

We need to take care of Mother Earth too . I try to garden bear feet , it gives me time to ground myself. I try to give myself 15 min daily. It helps with depression .

after doing a90 day outward bound class my epilepsy that had from the time I was 9 left. I had tried coming off my medication several times bf this but was never able to. I’ve always said and I felt like the earth healed me. Now I know I was right! I’ve always been so grateful for that experience and thankful not to have to take meds anymore and it’s now been almost 30 years medication and seizure free!
