People who adopt senior animals, knowing they'll have more health issues and won't be around as long as a younger pet, are a special kind of angel. Thank you! ❤

My daughter took in an old cat, 10ish. She wasn't expected to live long (serious health issues), but had been in the shelter for a long time. My daughter went looking for a couple of litter mate kittens. Five years later and going strong!.... 🙃🇬🇧

Just sick over this. Why would anyone have an animal and just cage it? I never ever caged any of my animals. Even when left alone if I go out. BTW, thanks for rescuing her and making her last few years special.
I can logic it out - she was in a hoarder house, presumably an animal hoarder. The logic I am thinking is the person shoved the animals they kept collecting in cages to gain a modicum of control, but because they were a hoarder, that control was never truly obtained. It is terrible and cruel, but that is a possible reason why it happened. I am glad the cat was rescued.
These vile people who buy a young animal then imprison it for the majority of its life……………….😢 Thank you so much for freeing this beautiful girl and to all the rescuers of animals ❤
I'm so happy you saved her. It made me cry honestly to think of her being in a cage with broken teeth for so many years. She is beyond precious, absolutely purrfect little girl and your her angel mama for saving her and loving her like you do. Bless you all ❤❤❤

Bless the lady who adopted Luna and is giving her and her brother happy peaceful lives. I recently adopted a 12 year old senior kitty and she had been dropped off at the shelter by her family. The shelter didn't have any back story on her as to why they brought her to the shelter and told me she was 11 1/2 years old. Luna is a beautiful senior, who could reasonably still live many more years. She is a great example of the joy adopting a senior furbaby can bring. If you are worried about vet bills, ask your local shelter if they need a long term foster for a senior cat or dog. Most shelters will cover all their meds and vet care throughout the foster. They just want to offer relief to get the seniors out of the stress of a shelter. God bless all the rescuers, fosters, adopters, volunteers and donators. Each life matters!!
Oh my heart feels like it’s literally breaking hearing this story. Thank you thank you thank you for adopting senior pets. I adopted a cat when he was 12. He was a Hemmingway cat - the extra toes kind! He had two extra toes in the front paws and his back paws. We called them oven mitts they were so huge! He would wait for me to sit down and then immediately crawl in my lap. I knew when I adopted him, the way he would drink a bowl of water at a time, that he must have kidney trouble which he did. But he also had thyroid problems and that’s why he ate so much, so you might want to check that out. He was only with me for three more years because his kidneys were so bad no matter what treatments I did and it just tore me up to see him so helpless. Seniors are THE BEST! So gratifying to provide a loving home to them.
I admire and thank you for taking care of her. Shame to the people who didn't care for the cat. Thank you so much for letting the cat experience love and friendship....and providing a clean ang beautiful environment as well as a brother to play with. again thankyou for being such a compassionate person. God bless u!!!
