The reason why most fathers are hesitant to adopt a pet is because they fear getting emotionally attached to it. They know that they will treat the pet as if it were their own child, and if the pet were to go missing or pass away, they would be heartbroken. Losing a child is an incredibly difficult experience for any parent, and the thought of losing a beloved pet can be just as devastating.

Right? 😂 Grandma reminds me of my own elderly mum scolding my naughty little dog for being on the sofa at first then a month later she was asking "Where is Henry?" because she wanted to cuddle him during her nap on the same sofa. He made caregiving for her much easier, always he would watch out for her wandering or going places she would not be safe. He is just a little terrier mutt but he loved taking care of her before she passed.
How can people NOT love cats? They are fluffy, soft, sweet (if you raise them right), clean themselves, aren't barking or loud, and love to play and snuggle. Enjoy the Fluffer Fluffs...they are the best lap warmers ever! God bless~
There’s only one thing better than a cat. TWO cats. And it’s good to have ones that can get their play on if the other doesn’t want. This looks like a really happy home❤
@@Kurnazify Yeah, that sucks. Our brothers, who literally grew up together & were best friends, now as adults don’t like each other. But they both get along with all the others. So weird.
Yes! When ours ran away, we went around rubbing our dirty laundry around the neighborhood to create a scent trail back. We looked crazy doing it lol but it worked. He came back after a week
cats can always find their way back home. my cat used to leave home for days and sometimes weeks but we'd always hear his meowing at our front door when he was ready to come home. Sadly though, letting your cats roam around outside greatly shortens their life. Usually a year or 2 before they disappear.
Had a persian cat once. beautiful cat. He had sinus problems so he always sneezed out these big stringed boogers. He was stolen 4-5 times and was always brought back. I never thought a person would steal a cat, but they for sure will. Glad this little one made it back.
I have three of my own. Got the first one after my grandma passed away and it really cheered my mom up a lot. They'll get up and curl up on you whether ur sitting or lying down and it'll just melt ur heart.
My little momma came to live with me for 10 yrs before passing at 97. We were a military family & had a few pets over the years. Momma wasn't thrilled about animals in the house but she knew how I was. Her wish was to pass at home with her pets who she referred to as her friends. She had a husky, a pit bull, the neighbor's dog, & 3 cats who were in the bed with her when she passed just like she wanted. BTW, her bed was a California King so there was room for all her friends.
Cats know how to win over the toughest family members: it's a survival skill, to be capable of "reading the room". But they also instinctively _know_ who has unmet affection needs, and end up spending more time with them. May Buddha always smile upon these furry, little ones. Bless their hearts forevermore.
My granda died like 2 years ago. He had a cat and before he fell asleep for the last time, I promised him we (the entire family) will take care of him. He smiled at me there and never woke up. That cat is being taken care of by everyone, as much as we can (Nobody but a very few family members live in our village back in our home country), but there is always someone around! He is soooooo cuddly, like we can cuddle with one another for the hole day and night and I love him very much. I love cats like i never knew I would.
So lovingly sweet. My husband said NO DOGS IN THE HOUSE. I got a little dog. Then he said NO DOGS ON THE FURNITURE. Then he let her up. Then NO DOGS IN THE BED. He later picked her up and let her share his pillow. 🐾❤️
So anyone care to guess how long it will be before cat no.4 makes an entrance...lol lovely video, thank you for sharing. In these times of uncertainty and sadness it is such a refreshing thing to watch something like this. Have a great weekend everyone!! 😊❤😊❤😊
Absolutely like my Dad when we let the neighbor's cat in to our house. We even got the cat's daughter and everyday, our cat greet my dad when he arrived from work like a dog.
Oh my goodness, I’m literally crying! This was the cutest, funniest, and at the beginning VERY emotional video about the cats. Cats are absolutely precious, beautiful, loving, and funny. I lost my precious cat suddenly on 12/23/21 and he was my world, who got me through my divorce in 2014 and my father’s sudden passing a couple months before he suddenly passed away. I still miss him so much and am ready to adopt another cat hopefully soon. These precious cat are spoiled (like they should be) and extremely loved!💜😻💜😻💜
Happened to my parents as well, exactly same pattern 😂 my mom was afraid of cats, until one day she called the cat and he responded with meow 🐱 she fell in love immediately! She told me she never thought cats can be this interactive! And yes my cat is their cat now
The dad 😂 actually very tender when touching the cats. Many people including pet owners sometimes are too rough petting their cats and dogs. But this man is very very soft. Very fit for owning pets indeed. 😊
I’m a total cat person and your choice of beautiful cats is superb! So glad you’ve converted your dad - he might have tried to fight it initially, but he’s hooked! 😂
My absolute favorite genre of video is dads and the pets they did not want 😂 this dad is hilarious. He already knew he'd be wrapped around their little paws.
My dad was the very same. No cats 😂 then I got one he was bothered but I caught him feeding and cuddling her when no one was looking. Unfortunately she went missing and he was the first one out there looking walking the streets calling her. We found her locked in the spare room 🤦. When I moved I couldn't take her they had grown so close to one another (dad retired by then) I tried to relocate her but I could tell she hated our new home and dad missed her. So I took her home and they spent their last years together ❤
I did the same thing but with puppies!! My parents were so tired of me and my "crew" I would bring home but they fell in love as I did!! Miss my parents, 😢 this brings such fun, happy memories!! ❤❤❤❤❤😅😅
After the video & reading some of the comments, I can't stop laughing. The utter resignation on your dad's face when the third one arrived is priceless.

@@Heterogeneity this is so wholesome 🧡🥺
So sweet…We all need unconditional love…They’re a lovely family
How can people NOT love cats? They are fluffy, soft, sweet (if you raise them right), clean themselves, aren't barking or loud, and love to play and snuggle. Enjoy the Fluffer Fluffs...they are the best lap warmers ever! God bless~
Animals are Gods most precious gift to this world, they love unconditionally if treated right.
There’s only one thing better than a cat. TWO cats. And it’s good to have ones that can get their play on if the other doesn’t want. This looks like a really happy home❤
You're right. What a happy home. What a blessing.
Not if they don't like each other like mine :(
@@Kurnazify Yeah, that sucks. Our brothers, who literally grew up together & were best friends, now as adults don’t like each other. But they both get along with all the others. So weird.
When a pet escapes, putting dirty laundry and their bedding out def helps them find their way home ❤
Yes! When ours ran away, we went around rubbing our dirty laundry around the neighborhood to create a scent trail back. We looked crazy doing it lol but it worked. He came back after a week
@@siiiiiuu7 that is actually a really interesting fact! i had no idea that worked, animals are very fascinating
cats can always find their way back home. my cat used to leave home for days and sometimes weeks but we'd always hear his meowing at our front door when he was ready to come home. Sadly though, letting your cats roam around outside greatly shortens their life. Usually a year or 2 before they disappear.
I like that his solution to the next problem was getting another one haha
Every single time I watch this video I crack up 😂 “The third cat was the solution” 🤣💀 Cats really are the best kind of pets, I agree 😻
Had a persian cat once. beautiful cat. He had sinus problems so he always sneezed out these big stringed boogers. He was stolen 4-5 times and was always brought back. I never thought a person would steal a cat, but they for sure will. Glad this little one made it back.
0:59 I'll put on a Whitney Houston song for you everyday, I Will Always Love You. That's what you call real love and dedication for your cat.😻
So sweet and adorable. The Dad just melts when he holds the cats ❤
I have three of my own. Got the first one after my grandma passed away and it really cheered my mom up a lot. They'll get up and curl up on you whether ur sitting or lying down and it'll just melt ur heart.
All three cats are just beautiful. What gorgeous kitties.
They are our friends! 😊
The dad’s reaction to the third kitty is priceless 😂😂😂
This guy and his entire family is as adorable as the cats 😊
Gorgeous family.
We want updates with the fourth... 😂
LOL! So true!
The family that treat their cats and dogs as family is a happy family I never doubted that. ❤🐶😻
This is one of my favorite stories to ever be posted on this channel. What a loving and humorous family. ❤❤❤
So lovingly sweet. My husband said NO DOGS IN THE HOUSE. I got a little dog. Then he said NO DOGS ON THE FURNITURE. Then he let her up. Then NO DOGS IN THE BED. He later picked her up and let her share his pillow. 🐾❤️
whenever a need that joy cry...
Precious ❤️
I love this video. Dad face when the 3rd cat arrived was priceless 😂😂😂
Take someone playing hard to get, not talking about the cat/cats here, love this guy and his hard shell, melting so fast ❤️
OMG the third cat got me! And his Dad caved in each time bless him! Love this sooooooo much! :)
Happened to my parents as well, exactly same pattern 😂 my mom was afraid of cats, until one day she called the cat and he responded with meow 🐱 she fell in love immediately! She told me she never thought cats can be this interactive! And yes my cat is their cat now
wonderful and fun kitty family. Love their hearts. Those kitties are wonderful.
The good old
"Father doesnt want a pet" story 👍
Catto Mato 😄He is the sweetest dad ever ❤
I love dad’s reaction when cat number 3 was placed on his knee x lovely family x
The dad 😂 actually very tender when touching the cats. Many people including pet owners sometimes are too rough petting their cats and dogs. But this man is very very soft. Very fit for owning pets indeed. 😊
oh my goodness! Even grandma is bonding with the cats🥰 Love this family
Playing bollywood music at the door and putting his laundry outside to lure her back, my heart 😭
His face of number 3 😂😂😂😂😂! The face of utter DEFEAT lol! Such a trooper, dad obviously loves the kitties! Get him a t-shirt with picture of all 3 😊
What an angel, this sweetheart gives from the heart!! He doesn't expect anything in return, only love!❤❤❤❤❤ sending xxoo to you Duke!!❤
The way mom was crying 😢
This entire family is just fantastic.
What characters and fun and loving characters.
I’m a total cat person and your choice of beautiful cats is superb!
So glad you’ve converted your dad - he might have tried to fight it initially, but he’s hooked! 😂
The dad doth protest too much.
Sharing fried chicken with a cat is very special. My little boi loved Church's fried chicken sans skin though.
My absolute favorite genre of video is dads and the pets they did not want 😂 this dad is hilarious. He already knew he'd be wrapped around their little paws.
What a family. Lovely.
Thank you for sharing our story!!💙💙
So Cute,love the whole family
He will change his mind!! They had to keep bringing the cat, around!! Once he looked at her?? His whole attitude changed!! Now, he can't be apart from her!! That's what I call: Pure Love 💕💕💕🥰🥰!!
No
@@annerikard741 that's your opinion!! Everyone is entitled to their own way of thinking!! He changed his mind!! That may not 🚭🚫 be for people like yourself!!
I love how Angie came back DIRTYYY 😂😂😂😂
That's a great dad right there, takes a cat like no problem!
Dad simply cannot resist 😻
