Even beyond the clear demonstration of calm, collective control here to show the exact opposite of the wizened child's frantic & inconsolable rage, and your choice of weaponry going from the Hunter's Boom Hammer in phase 1 to the Amygdalan Arm for phase 2 - I _most_ enjoyed how you capped it off with the final blow to its shadow rising out of Kos's body was dealt with your bare hand… just like all the other visceral hits that you focused this entire fight against Orphan around. As always, watching these is just visual poetry and they're _so_ very satisfying on top of helping to showcase tactics for bosses that represent a massive challenge until you fully understand them this well.

Thank you for letting us witness this amazing battle. Glad someone could finally make use of the Amygadalan arm and boom hammer. Always excited for another video from Ongbal.
Love this game. Hopefully, Miyazaki does another Lovecraftian game. I don't think we need a Bloodborne 2 though. Too many sequels and remakes floating around. The most talented and creative mind in gaming today should do as many original works as possible.
@taiyomabushi2409 It's not a risk when Miyazaki is at the helm. Not once has a game he directed underperformed. Sony and Bandai have been pretty loyal to FromSoft anyway.
I didn't play Bloodborne yet, i heard everyone say this boss it's really difficult, but after watch ongbal fight it's like bruh you have insane skill for soul series you fight with perfect move 😂
Boy am i glad to see Bloodborne content. Ludwig and Lady Maria next perhaps. Shout out to the riposte sound effect btw. It's was very satisfying for me back in the day.
can't believe how calmly you walked around some of those attacks, just strolling casually in a circle to get in the right position. meanwhile me, running for my life 😂 your skill & patience is insane!
Dude i literally love your videos, i started watching during Sekiro, and Bloodborne is one of my favorite games of all time glad to see you kiciking ass in it. ❤❤
There's me smashing that dodge button in every FS game and then there's Ongbal calmly walking around, taking in the views while unleashing devastating blows upon bosses like they are little annoying fleas.
I remember this boss fight, lots of dodging, running, trying to get viceral hits many as possible, then second phase starts and completely screws me over, so starting it over, and again, and again... and again. Till many tries later, after some days and coffee breaks, I FINALLY defeated Koss.
I just recently heard about you, and I wanna say this right now... What a splendid boss fight you did. Those are skills of a TRUE gamer. I searched up for good soulsborne boss fights, and so many of your videos popped up on recommendations, and I'm glad to watch you kick some butts in these types of games. Keep it up, man. 😇👍
I feel bad for how he screams right at the phase two transition. It’s like he’s screaming because you literally whipped out a space god arm and said fine let’s do this. Truly sums up the fear and horror of Bloodborne that we’ve all come to love
i play bloodborne and haven’t reached this boss yet but i can tell from his movesets he is a beast of the beasts also don’t mind this guy who turned this fight into ass cutting
I like the little flex of the cutscene/insight triggering as if you just casually stumbled upon this baby while you are taking a walk on the shore of some coastal village and you were like "might as well"
My memory of beating this guy was either the hit boxes are incredibly spot on, or his attacks decided not to touch me, but for whatever reason the try in which I beat him not a single attack near the end seemed like it hit me. Cause I definitely wasn't good enough to know when/how to dodge properly cause BB was my first souls-like game
Fucking insane! I wonder if this is basically what the creators hoped people would play the game like. Instead most of us are just panic rolling around popping blood pots and using any cheese we can to kill this crazy eldritch bastard. The absolute calm is exactly how you need to play this game to be this amazing at it.
And that's it, Bloodborne ends after you defeat a crackhead with a giant tumor in his hand that was sleeping under a giant white sheet dropped in a beach. And we never going to see a sequel !
all these years bloodborne still looks pretty good, i just wished it was officially ported to PC so I can replay it again as my ps4 is no longer with me nor do I intend to get a new one/ ps5
I was just thinking about how I got absolutely decimated the Ludewig but beat orphan in like two tries. Makes me realise I never got any real exposure to him
"Honey wake up! Ongbal is making Bloodborne content!"
Anyone who played BB knows how brutally difficult this boss is. Once again a great fight
the guy was such a pain in the ass in my first playthrough lol
but the saw cleaver really fcks him
Its super easy to parry
Second phase mainly, but yeah, he is third hardest FS Boss, right behind Friede and Malenia.
@@suchar7175 I wouldn't put malenia up there simply because she has waterfowl, clone jitsu and a metric fuck ton of health, since her entire moveset is pretty easy to learn. Isshin and friede are consistently hard
I beat him in 3 tries but it was an adrenaline pumping fight. Was very nervous going in the first few times
I like how calm you are fighting this baby, i'd always be panic dodging everywhere. It's rare for me to see someone using amygdala arm 😂
"Mr. Orphan do you have a comment on your upcoming fight with Ongbal?"
Orphan of Kos: 0:55

LMAO 😂😂😂😂
😂
The fact that you make this very hard boss fight look so easy is a monument to your skills. I wonder at the dedication you put into these games.
