    God bless you guys! Everyone has been complimenting me on how my body is getting toned and i have never been fitter before! Not even 10 years back! All my friends have babies and I hold them for such long hours without complaining of any shoulder/ neck or arm pain. All thanks to you guys!

    I don’t usually leave comments but that was truly engaging from start to finish. The incorporation of upbeat music added an extra level of energy and motivation, making the entire session fly by. The combination of various exercises and movements kept things interesting and challenging, leaving me feeling accomplished and genuinely excited for the next workout.🎉

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    I’ve been doing this workout with 15lb dumbbells a couple days a week for two weeks now. I think I’ve finally find a workout that can help strengthen my shoulders that have taken abuse from soccer injuries! Looking forward to increasing weight, but not until the shoulder pain/tiredness goes away. Your videos are awesome!

    I've been sooo tired this week. I mixed this with some light yoga, and it was perfect. It got me moving, with just the right amount of intensity, and got my heart rate up. Best part is, I don't feel work out, and I was able to finish the entire work out.

    Week 4, Day 2 [16/05/23]; Workout completed! + 10-Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Burnout.
    I donated blood so, I didn't do much weight and tried not to force my arm and even with that, MY ARMS ARE SORE, but I managed to finish and enjoyed the workout!

    I have never felt more strong or powerful during a workout. Completed it with great effort using 8 lbs. I think it’s time to invest in heavier dumbbells 😂Thank y’all so much. Seriously-a gym isn’t feasible at the moment, so your videos get me through the week.

    W4 D2 Part 1 SRC
    Great workout! Arms are burning! I pushed myself to use my 8lb dumbells for a few exercises but my shoulders were killing me, so went down to 6lb dumbells. Not easier but better! Lol
    My goals to challenge myself this week are;
    1. After workouts, walk on the treadmill for at least 20min at an incline to move more & be more active.
    2. Drink more! I’m sure I don’t drink enough, so making sure I finish the bottle I pour myself everyday. And see if I can add an extra half to add more.
    3. Continue monitoring my nutrition. I think I’m getting good at this but there’s always room for improvement. Especially if I want something sweet. My new go to is a square of mint dark chocolate. Also found some rice cake rectangles with dark chocolate on them. Only 56cal.
    4. Dance more! I love playing music into my headphones when I’m doing housework & it sets my mood for the day, and gets me jiggling a bit more than without it! 🎶🎶
    5. Start using the treadmill every weekend instead of sitting down. This past Sunday I went on a 2hr walk. But I’m not consistent with walking during the weekend. Got to make it my goal to walk outside or go on the treadmill to get those legs moving!
    Let’s do this!!! 🔥🔥🔥

    Week 4 Day2 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: This one pushed me. I started with 8lbs and had to move to 5lbs for some of the exercises. I'm still getting used to using weights and glad I have room for improvement. I will definitely be doing this one again.

    During the workout I used 20lbs dumbbells for the single arm row sets and completed about 46 reps of modified pushups. Felt the fire of the routine in my arms

    SRC W4D2 completed Been doing this workout alot so had to remind myself to get out of my comfort zone 🤪🤪 Added an extra set for each group. my upper body is shaking. got a chance to finish off my arm challenge that i've been pushing. 1hr of intense upper body workout. slept 7hrs+ yesterday and everything else on point 👌👌

    I did this with 2kg weights and 1lb wrist weights and I think I need heavier weights now. I really love this workout and music made it so fun.
    Those band workouts also making me stronger.
    Pushing 3 kids on my huge buggy also helps with the arms 😅😂 xx

    Feeling the pump! For the upper Tabata, I made sure to get an even set of reps for each exercise. I pushed myself to get more reps for each round and man I'm feeling the burn. That finisher pushed me over the edge! I also added 10 minute abs. Drinking lots of water and watching my sugar intake this week!
