I flew NYC to BKK on Singapore Airlines Premium Economy (via Singapore) on March 6th, 2024. Very disappointing. It is basically an economy experience with better seats. The food was nothing exceptional (economy style food), no water in the sink bathrooms at the back of the plane to wash your hands, my TV display stopped working 4 hours into the 19 hour flight, I paid extra for a exit seat, but the seat was cramped and no storage room. Nobody could access the internet because of a server error, eventually I got access through a free voucher the head flight attendant gave me. The onboard staff were fine, but more focused on getting everyone asleep so they would have nothing to do. I have traveled Premium on United, Delta and Emirates, Singapore was such a let down. Their product is NOT recommended, overpriced and nothing special.
For the money you paid you must be super duper rich but put your doh and bet on the wrong horse. For the price I can get 1 SIN HAN HAN CDG CDG JFK and in bussiness and eat mu favourite pho noodles in bussiness lounge. And in CDG I have 2hours do some.duty free shopping for PARFUM.And have shower in lounge change new clothes and no smell.arrive fresh in JFK.
That sounds like exciting trip! It was the best experience with SIA. The service from the cabin crew was excellent and the inflight food taste great. We really made a good decision for choosing this nonstop flight when we arrived in NYC we feel so relax.
Dang for 300plus and at 18hours. Noway super.unclean. yucks. Also I rather have a breakup sector. Like a short 2hour stop in Tokyo or Frankfurt.or.Amsterdam. Rather full 18hours. Oh ...imagine if you have heart issues. No one can tell. DVT anyone? Haha Now I live long enough to enjoy more flights!
