I think the pickle is Singaporean nonya achar (there are different variations like Indian, Nepalese, Burmese etc). You can find the recipe online and try to make it. Pretty easy and delicious.

Mikey, why don't you have a Priority Pass Lounge Membership? With coach traveling, it would really serve you both Domestically & Internationally! I used this for my inter-Spain travels as well as in the USA, where Lounges, are not offered on most US airlines.

Thanks for uploading and showing us all the great meals ... even when you miss dessert o.O who skips the sweet stuff. so this morning was the second time watching foreign food videos saved me from being a hungry zombie. I got to work at 6:40 am or so, and my co worker who opens up was not there yet. I had a bowl of grits I made from home, a raw egg i intended on frying at work, and two hotdogs (a meat i must be either desperate or craving to eat) so no one is there, and no one has to really be to work until 7:30. I could not wait because 30 mins is not enough time for me to eat and set up the classroom to recieve the children. What do I do? I did it like Japan! :-} I threw the raw egg into the grits and mixed well. It.... was.... delicious! I now understand what others mean when they describe the combination of raw egg in cooked rice as creamy. It was really REALLY good. The lady came to open up so even though I was already enjoying my meal I boiled the hot dogs because I'm a moderate eatter. The hot dogs ruined the whole thing. What I ate, was only consumed because I don't waste edible food.

Seriously every time after I go there and come back to LAX it feels depressing.
Over 45 resteraunts over 60 stores a few hotels and lounges and video game area and movie theatre butterfly garden and orchid garden along with koi pond and other attractions basiclly singapore
::star girl:: hence why it’s the best in the world. The airport already has 4 very fancy, clean airports and the 5 one is already being built. Mind you the 4th terminal just opened *this* year and they are already building a new one.

It’s funny because I heard your voice over the speaker before I initially saw you and I was wondering walking through the entrance why it sounded so familiar.

tbh before i went to the internet world i never know about all the airplane food jokes, to me, it always was so tasty (really very nice) and also to be able to fly and get food there was good enough is too expensive for me to add on food to the flight

Whenever you’re faced with Indian food and pickled vegetables, always combine. A lot of Indian rice is served with mango pickle (rind or soft pickled mango) and adds a really fun vinegar-y kick! I usually buy the unripened whole green pickled mangos for cooking at home
