I hope some modders will add Warband's "Take a walk around your campsite." feature to this game. With some chairs and tables on a seaside or a riverside, I would enjoy the scene without battling.
You could also have an option to train you troops while encamped I will go crazy and even add an option to hunt and fish, in the same scene or a randomly generated one, to get provisions and a little of skill

Yeah, we can make unique armor. Plus, i don't wanna see crafted items in any other stores or tournaments btw i hope they fix that. Only our workshops can sell this items. Because it's our job, not theirs. Their crafting skills are low than us. I crafted that thing but 1 minute later another guy selling it to me lol. I have also create "crafting your own bow + crossbow + arrow" subject on the forum before. I hope they do that in the future. I wanna see character evolution in this game. Better perks, better leveling system, better crafting, these are making it awesome.
Oh, come on Resonant. Don't get me wrong, i too hate those pesky cavalry in multiplayer, that basically play mario cart and get a kill every 20-30 seconds, but the modding tools, now that is HUGE. They will revive the game, and we all know it is in dire need of reviving.

"Currently is enabled in multiplayer only" - to me that sounds like it will come to SP eventually. I would guess they're going to test it first and they'll need to put in a command for us to give to troops to spear brace.
The game definitely had a lack of depth and polish on release, but TaleWorlds are really putting in the effort to turn this game into a masterpiece. This is how Early Access should be done, thank's to Devs for all the hard work they've put into this

I would love to see you guys adding some kind of housing in the far future. So that we can decorate or build our own home to live in. Not only castles but also in villages or something. The opportunity to build your own house (maybe premade style) and then having an interior to spend time in. With modding tools people would add so much more to the map and to the RP with a housing system implemented. Maybe similar to ESOs Housing.

Love the brace polearm mechanic. Can we please have the option for ai spearmen in formations to brace for cavalry charges. Like how the Urukai tried to stop the charge of Gandalf and the Riders of Rohan outside Helms Deep. I always wanted a shield wall with spears sticking out of the front. Mod tools look amazing, thank you for your hard work in making them. Excited to see what people create.
Finally, news we care about. Modding is what kept the previous game alive along with DLC that formed great communities like napoleonic wars. The closer we get to modding tools, the closer we get to seeing a unified community willing to keep the game alive and throw in their talent for new worlds, challenges and ideas. I cant wait to see these new features in action. I am also a fan of the new development update videos, keep it up taleworlds.

I already had a blast for over 200 hours in this game, seeing the game gets an indepth modding support will ensure a long life. The community has already proven that they are more than eager to release great and creative mods (i use around 20+ at once already). It's always nice to see developers release a straight forward to use map editor, modding tools in general is a win/win, the devs have less work creating content and the community is more than eager to provide it! Can't wait to see where the game is going, carve that diamond to perfection.
Spears getting buffed would likely bring some fresh air into the singleplayer and multiplayer both so I look forward to seeing both new features eventually make it into both modes. Looking forward to the auto block feature as well. May help against the people prone on trying to circle around you to take advantage of the camera going against your ability to block and turn effectively at the same time.

I would like to see the following in this game, take out of this what ideas you like Taleworlds. - blacksmith quests (create a sword with specific parameters form say a Lord as an example, then deliver him or her the custom ordered sword) - Blacksmith Modding (allow the player to add weapon parts to the blacksmith menu. Also allow modders to lock certain weapon parts behind objectives or quests.
The modding tools are awesome, I cannot wait to see what the awesome community does with the tools. The Formation AI changes and the autoblock mechanics will greatly improve the sinlgeplayer experience and are much appreciated.
I'm looking forward to the spear bracing coming to single player... You should add a mechanic to enable attacking with a raised shield, so that shieldwalls can function properly
I hope we can be able to change things like being able to add more skills, or change the learning limits of skills, add more perks, add more attributes (for some mods)
Spear bracing is something that i've always wanted in MB. And man, that animation when the guy gets thrown out of his horse is so dope. These guys took a long time to release these updates but it' was all worth it considering the amount of content they are adding. Like, fuuck, they are even adding a built-in texture editor for making maps 'n shit. Finna buy this game as soon as i get a better GPU.
Looking forward to all of the possible options, GOT, Roman, Ancient Japan, LOTR, Warhammer etc etc, this will have the game progressing for years to come.

Imagine once the right modder gets his hands on these tools every castle and village will be its own. No reusing maps. This will really make each castle feel unique.
I'm no modder but from what I've seen here, it seems like it will be WAY easier to make maps and such for Bannerlord than it was in Warband, which should allow for some great mods.

Water should have a much grater slowing effect on movement of troops. It would bring a whole lot of more strategic considerations into play on a battlefield with a water body.

Thank god. The Nexus page started to slow down so much in the past months. It went to 40 pages within the first two weeks, and it’s been on 80 pages or so for the past 2 months. Prepare for it to blow up once these tools are released.
These spear and formation mechanics look great. Is/will there be any way to command troops to change the depth of formations in game? Under some circumstances if I command say a shield wall, they'll get into a very long 1 or 2 rank deep shield wall that's totally ineffective. It would also be useful for making circle formations into larger or smaller circles.
Really hope spear bracing will be in single player soon, would be nice to have a counter to cavalry charges other than just more cavalry. Now we just need crossbowmen to plant their shields while firing.
once the modding tools are released the real fun will begin!

Having modding tools is a great idea it prolongs the game life by a lot! One of the reasons i got Warband was because of the mods available!

I Hope you read those comments and see the Excitement of the people here and hopefully that motivates you even more , and even i surely would love the game to be fully launched by now i have to say :
Take your time TaleWorlds Team, i know u are getting a lot of heat from impatient people who are mocking on the smallest things. I just want to let you know, that most of us, support you in the Way you handle the development of the game. I mean Jesus Christ its an Early Acces Game, you let us players play the game early and help finding issues and bugs and new stuff to add etc.
Dont feel rushed, we can wait , especially for an amazing Game like yours ! I heard the Rumor of Modding Tools being released before the Game fully releases but i was in doubt. Those are some great news and i love this Video Update Format, just another sign that you guys actually care about the people playing your game.

Thank god. The Nexus page started to slow down so much in the past months. It went to 40 pages within the first two weeks, and it’s been on 80 pages or so for the past 2 months. Prepare for it to blow up once these tools are released.

These spear and formation mechanics look great. Is/will there be any way to command troops to change the depth of formations in game? Under some circumstances if I command say a shield wall, they'll get into a very long 1 or 2 rank deep shield wall that's totally ineffective. It would also be useful for making circle formations into larger or smaller circles.

Really hope spear bracing will be in single player soon, would be nice to have a counter to cavalry charges other than just more cavalry. Now we just need crossbowmen to plant their shields while firing.
That will definitely be quietly implemented into native once a modder does the work.
Pls use the show Vikings for reference to add optimal viking armor/weapons/hairstyles and tattoos please
