I noticed that you said there were inbuilt air conditioning units in the Sitting room but when you entered the largest bedroom I can see a split unit ac. Why is that?
Open kitchen is preferably called dry kitchen that's where you intentionally display all your latest appliances, cook light food and purposely have a good conversion with your guests. While the traditional kitchen is refered to as Wet kitchen where you make all heavy messy smelly food and dirty utensils to keep it from the eyes of the guest.
The architecture is beautiful but I do wonder about the design and whether it will look quite outdated in the coming years as the materials used to develop the houses will not be fresh/classic in the coming years if that makes sense..
