I wish I could like this 3 times. Dentaa I like the fact that in presenting this developer you put the disclaimer out there that potential buyers should do their due diligence and seek professional advice while working on obtaining homes in Ghana to cover oneself should problems arise. Imperial homes Rangoon Residence is visually stunning from the architectural design, the lighting, the workmanship, interior design. It is a reflection of the state of the art in interior design.
I also like the African optics on display here in this video. Your teams are doing great in your video production. Dentaa the Africanity of your fashion taste is very nice and even the African style fashion of the gentlemen in the video are on point and reflects a level of African professionalism.

@@ODANANETWORK Why say check the description when the price range is not in the description. Everyone is inquiring about the cost of Imperial homes. It's not even shown on Imperial Homes webpage. One should not have to call the company to get some idea as to how much these homes cost.
Security is big but why why never any green spaces all out doors tiles over
Everyone comes from a village in Gh and there are bushes and weeds everywhere. Hence greenery means employing a gardener who must be let into and from the house. Ppl don't want to do that. 😊😊😊

Homes in South africa 🇿🇦 have a lot of Greenspaces, but what I noticed the homes In Nigeria and Ghana are alot of concrete.

Very beautiful home indeed but my question is why is there two gentlemen when only one of them is doing all the talking??

What is the benefit of making this presentation and could not say how much it cost to buy one. I think the two gentlemen did not do themselves any good publicity, if the goal was showcasing their products to the general public to boost sales. My advice to them is they should put the absolute price of the property first " big belly liars" before you take the cameras in. The interior layout, decor, fixtures and the overall finishes that appeals to specific clients, justifies the price of the property. I think they missed on that one period. As for Dentaa, she absolutely dropped the ball. She knows the development, because she lives in one. In an attempt to supper hype the presentation to boost it up, she also forgot to ask the most obvious questions like how much that particular property cost. "Too much chest formula is bad" They should go and sit down and have a cold drink. This was failed presentation. No journalistic value.
