Nevri absorbs oil if the oil is not hot enough.... You just need to check that the oil is medium hot and adjust flame as per pan size. Just check oil temperature by dropping small dough ball, the dough ball need to rise up quickly without browning. If the dough ball taking time to rise up that means oil is not hot enough and if that dough ball is getting brown quickly that means oil is too hot. So, please check it once before frying nevri and let me know👍
