For OTG users:
*Preheat OTG @230°c for about 15 minutes.
*Bake 1st layer @lower shelf @Lower heat mode for 15 minutes.
*for 2nd layer and remaining layers bake at upper heat mode for 15 minutes or until it puff up or some dark spots are visible.
you can place the mould @middle rack if the height of the pan/mould is less/no have fitting issue. This will help the 2nd layer and remaining ones to bake in less time.
if your OTG is taking time to heat up/bake more than 15 minutes then increase its temperature accordingly (as per your understanding).

I used to go wrong while extracting juice
But in your rescipe u have showed how much water to use for extracting

Pls tell me to caramelize sugar how much quantity of water u have used?
In d beginning when sugar is about to caramelized U have used 3 table spoon of water ?
Than again u have used water ( is it 1/4 cup water)

No because it will get burnt..... Use cake tin....
