I never knew how the Rices Noodle made. It’s completely blowing my mind. Wow! Now I know why the rice noodles are so tasty. It was such hard work. Amazing! I am French, but my mother is Taiwanese. She always likes to cooked stir-fry rice noodles for the family. It’s my favourite Chinese food.
But in India especially in Mangalore we prepare this in every house ...we call it semige ...it tastes delicious with chicken curry ...love from india❤❤

What actually amazing is taiwanese system for home industry like this. Hard work, dicipline, and dedication by each individuals is amazing and grow the economy in a collaborative manner, yet the quality of their products is good
Great and impressive video. Rice noodles taste delicious. I respect the one or those who invented and perfected rice down to the consistency in a noodle form. I pray 1 day soon, someone that makes rices noodles from scratch will incorporate squid ink or black bean juices into the noodles so they'll be black when they're dried. In Karnataka also, it's our very traditional breakfast. We call akki Shavuge ( rice noodle or vermicelli) it can be eat with coconut milk ( coconut+Jaggery) Ghee plus Jaggery, With spicy chetnis.. all goes well.! I guess, South Indian, North East Indian & Thai, Viet, Loes, Combo, Burmies have similar cuisines which mostly from Rice. North India, middle india, north west, upto Iran has same type of food which use wheat origin. Roti to Turkeish bread.
It was pretty cool to see how my favorite noodles are made! I’m just getting into cooking and it’s so fascinating to learn how the food we eat at Asian restaurants are made

Bruh that is so cool. It’s literally just starch. And it makes sense because when I eat these I have insane amounts of energy the next day and I become very productive at work
It's really interesting and satisfying watching this. I think there are some hygiene issues though, as pointed out in another comment (sometimes the noodles touched their clothes, etc). At least it's something that we eat after cooked, so it's not as big of an issue, I guess.

這是用在來米而做的除米粉外還可以做其他的米食，例如把前面的米漿混合炒熟的蘿蔔絲就可以做成蘿蔔糕；混炒熟的芋頭就是芋粿；直接倒在碗裡就是碗糕
還有如果把在來米換成糯米就是麻薯，染紅包紅豆餡就是紅龜粿

This is one of our traditional food. We will call it as idiyappam in Tamilnadu. It taste good if you eat along with coconut milk.
