I like that you talked about how you learned from your first son's experience that it's a good idea to hold off a little bit longer on the instruction with this book until 2nd grade for your second son. I kind of really love this. Never seen the inside of it before.

Wow, looks like a very thorough curriculum. Thank you for the flip through. Holding off for your son sounds like a wise choice.

I think holding off for a bit is really helpful.

I love scripted curriculums! They help me so much. I have not heard of this curriculum, but it looks like a great curriculum.

Yes, I always opt for scripted if possible!

      @ Russells Loving Life.
What other scripted curriculum do you like to use? I am new to hs’ing and would love the assistance of having the curriculum scripted.

@@breynolds7196 I like My Father’s World. I have lots of videos on my channel of the curriculum I use. I hope this helps.

I bought this but kinda out it away as I didnt really think kids were retaining info. But as i look for a different grammer curriculum i just cant find anything better. My kiddo is also in grade 1- just turning 6 in Dec
I think ill pick it up again, we can always do it over again next year, probably at a quicker/more review pace.

Since the book is scripted, you sit with the kids to read together? It's a silly question but I would like to know how to teach them since my boys use ACE curriculum and I am thinking on switching this textbook...
