      If you’re ever in a hurry you can take potato’s, put them in a plastic grocery bag, and microwave them and they are done within minutes and soft as if they are baked! Just be careful opening the bag so you don’t burn yourself with the steam

    I love how you don’t click bait saying things like “how I lost 50lbs fast!!!” And stuff like that, and the meals you prepped here are so healthy and full. I often watch videos about what I eat in a day for weight loss; and it seems like everyone just drinks a smoothie then has lettuce for dinner. The food you prepared seems so much more healthy and fulfilling.

    Chef tip: cook the aminos and seasoning w the onions and chicken in the stir fry. Heating spices before adding the veggies helps spices bloom and brings in more flavor

      Just before the video there was a commercial for a sweet cake! I had the well known mmini.me/LoseWeigh method and i lost what i wanted, so i will follow strict diet now so that i must stay at the kilos that i have now.

    This is WEEK 1 - for anyone who is struggling to coordinate the videos with the book and wishes this was in the video title. I always like to rewatch the video before prepping. I'm still struggling to do it in one hour but even when it takes longer it's really worth the effort, simply because it works. What's more - once you've done the prep a few times you get a really good feeling for how to go about this by yourself and mix and match with other ingredients. Thank you, Liezl! 💚😊

    I just did this meal plan last week (vegan) and I have to say you really have opened my eyes to a sustainable way of eating for my body. I have been so obsessed with food, trying to maintain my ideal shape. In just that first week I already look and feel better. I feel like the last 5-10 pounds are the hardest to lose!!     I just finished this meal prep for for myself and adjusted for my husband and my brother. For three people, it definitely takes longer than 1 hr, but I feel accomplished! 😊

    Yay, I’m so glad you suggested that people wash and reuse ziplock bags, I can’t stand when people waste things like that by using them once and throwing them away! These meals look delicious ❤️

    So great to find this channel. What a relief to find someone who eats healthy, clean, and none of these ridiculous keto and intermittent fasting or weight watchers channels with horrible, processed food recipes loaded with sodium and preservatives. The best part of your prep is that you explain alternatives for someone wanting to have less calories or more and also someone doing plant-based, etc. Really excellent ideas and again, a pleasure to find a healthy food channel!

One thing that would be super helpful is at the start of the video if you listed how many Tupperware/jars/ziplock bags are needed. That way we can make sure we have those prior to starting.       I hate washing dishes too ... but at least when you meal prep you get most of the dishes out the way at once and then daily dishes are much less!

    Can i just say thank you?!? After 6 yrs of keto while marathoning (starting with a Dr sponsored regimen) that got me to a very low bf% and unhealthy low body weight, I’ve been lost in a sea of unhealthy foods even though we don’t eat anything processed trying to find a maintenance plan that doesn’t send me to yo-yo land. 170lbs to 120lbs then 160 lbs...now 145. Recently got very ill and bloodwork said almost no potassium, ER doc prescribes sweet potatoes, bananas, etc (to a keto girl - yikes!) Your no-nonsense approach to ‘balanced carbs/fat/protein’ is so refreshing, and your presentation makes it feel possible to a lifelong ‘dieter’. I am soooo sick of counting anything, reps, carbs, calories, you name it

    I really do not know how to start this but thanks to you you have helped me a lot in my meals, I remember when I started and I am in depression and anxiety I am only a girl that within 8 days I will turn 17 and I have had a bad time like bullying and thinking about suicide, I started watching your videos and I wanted to change my way of eating and my life, although it will only be what I eat, but I started to eat the same and count my calories, and I have exercised every day and I've lost a lot of weight ( Currently my weigh is 46kg) and changing my routine I could feel more relieved to eat something fresh and eat things that I hated and now I love, you have helped me too much and I am still working on myself, thanks for teaching me with your content and I will continue like this all this year, thank you.
    and despite the fact that I don't celebrate the new year with my family and I slept at 11:00 pm and I don't usually congratulate anyone, but happy new year, I will wait for your new recipes, thank you.

It all takes time, but I find the consistency of a good routine (sleeping roughly the same time each night and eating well + eating less sugar/refined carbs and working out a few times a week) really does help over time.     I love how you tell us to reuse the ziplock bags!!! Ive seen soo many meal prep videos and they never tell us that! It might seem like common sense to reuse them (at least to me its common sense) but ive seen so many people just use them once and throw them away, even when theyre still so clean!! I always wash them and reuse them until theyre literally torn and dying xD appreciate you telling us!

    Just prepped everything took me about 2 hours + need to still clean but still pretty swiftly for my pace lol! Nothing burned so I’d say success ! Very excited to eat all this. This is an excellent nutritious meal prep! Looks very satiating too! Will def be buying the book for next week thank you for this very detailed video!

    I really like your videos and because of you, I'm encouraged in starting a diet which I wanted to do from a very long time. I tried one of your meal prep for a week, today is my 4th day and I lost 1.8 kg which I'm so happy. Please post more videos for us for meal prep, I watched loads but yours are my favorite!!!!

    I can't meal prep for a whole week, because my fridge is way too small for that, but I always meal prep for 2 to 3 days :)

    Tip is to just throw the chicken in to cook and cut it after. Chicken has really bad bacteria and you don't want to contact the chicken with plates or your fingers. Love this! Also chick peas instead of pinto beans to replace the egg with mayo.

    For the reusable bags, you should look into using silicone bags like stasher since they last longer and are meant to replace ziplock bags.

    I was having a pizza with my friend when he said he was on a diet and pizza is his regular cheat meal and part of diet plan he got from *Next Level Diet*. I thought he was crazy, but after a month I noticed his body has changed a lot. He looked better than ever. I should really visit that website

    I love this idea! This is where I have failed in the past, I don't meal prep or know what meals I should make! Started my weight loss journey yesterday! This will help so much! Can you freeze any of the main meals not just the smoothies?
