I just bought the Nokia 8v 5g uw. It’s coming in today I can’t wait
I contacted Verizon on,if I could switch to post paid as i'm a pre paid customer and they said "you'd not qualify for $ 45 unlimited plan to be $ 60" although I have been a Verizon customer for over a year . The person I spoke with was named Christian .
Thanks for the replies . I switched from xfinity mobile .to Verizon With Same insurance as Xfinity for $ 45 a Month unlimited . I obtained a $ 100 visa gift card plus free cable on my Smartphone free flex free peacock and a free streaming tool for the cable . I turned into looking at mint mobile , however the package deal Verizon gave me with the Help of Mr Joseph assistant Is unbeating.
Wow that sounds extremely nice,i Got an equivalent deal from Mr Joseph.
Switch from Verizon to other postpaid carrier like sprint.
I will advice you stick to your Verizon postpaid plan,but the only issues you have now you can resolve with a client agent since their customers agent are not being helpful to you,and Verizon haves one of the largest network 5G coverage and their new unlimited postpaid plan are better,than the old ones.my final advice is contact a client agent and follow the steps and assistance he recommends for you.
What does this have to do with the Nokia 8 V 5G UW?
Had a Nokia 8 for 4 years .....always had Nokia's .most have been superb .the 8 is a great phone . Price too high for this one though .wait a while till it comes down in price .Nokia are supposed to be bringing out new models soon ......loyal to them .

@@MobileTechPodcast i got mine in the mail a few days ago now and its a great phone but it is overpriced for what it is. we only chose it because we wanted the bigger screen that our other choice, the pixel 4a, wasn't as big.

Can you please make video on its network capacity 5g capabilities.?on its mmwave speed.? So we can better understand about this phone.👍 Someone said nokia has better network connections among others in terms of coverage and speed.

Those phones don't support mmWave 5G, so you can't really compare.

thats coming out in a few more months, but i got an early one back in 2007! its crazy how long they've been working on it but i guess you gotta do what you gotta do.
I'm lucky I was able to buy it for 379, at 700 it's too expensive regular price should be 500 IMO. Itis a good phone though I'm glad to have a Nokia again.

I missed that Nokia tune and unboxing. But why Nokia? :( What are you doing? It's too expensive for the specs, the specs are for mid range but the price is for flagship, there are now higher specs out there for a more cheaper price than this.

OMG, it's late 2020 already and that chin is as big as jay leno's. motorola is putting out budget handsets with smaller chins than that and it's a high end model. WTH nokia/HMD? what are you smoking there? i think my nokia 7.2 has a smaller chin than that. also the specs...:-(

@@MobileTechPodcast the 64gb thing is a verizon thing, the unlocked 8.3 is also available in 128gb. i was mad about the 64gb but i have a 512gb sd card and im gonna max it out soon to a 1tb card when i get the money! the screen is okay for me, the size makes up for the 60hz IPS for me.

It's not chinese phone to reduce price...Look at the build quality of the phone...U won't see this much of quality on any other phone...The brand has some value....So it will be expensive only....Best will not be cheap and cheap will not be best

@@JasanAhamed no. Industrial design is done in Finland -- engineering design is done in China... That's a fact! There's nothing Nokia/HMD is doing that is better/different than Moto/Lenovo or OnePlus with their almost stock build of Android... In terms of design, engineering, materials and build quality, most Chinese phones are just as nice/good as what Nokia/HMD is doing. This is nothing special!

I have this phone. I bought a sandisk for extra storage since it only has 64gb. This is the worst phone I have ever owned. I use it for camera when out taking hikes. It only stores photo on the system memory. There is no option to store to the sd storage. Also apps will just stop working. I have had to factory reset this phone 6 times. I have had this phone since November. Worst phone ever! Verizon will not replace. $700 down the drain. I will have to live with this phone til it is paid off. I moved the photos to Google and still the camera does not work. I went to the verizon store and they told me it was a system memory issue. When I delete all the game apps that come with the phone, the camera will work but eventually it will stop working.
