  • The Apartment Alarm is a keypad operated system ideal for flats,
apartments and maisonettes. The keypad enables you to set or unset the
alarm via a pin code. The system is pre-set with a 20 second entry/exit
period and will allow the entire property to be either armed or disarmed.
When triggered, the loud internal siren will sound and alert others of the
    intrusion.

I had to reset my siren and now the keypad doesnt seem to be connected to it. Following the manual to learn in a new keypad and it just doesnt register. The siren never beeps after doing anything and when trying to arm, the siren still deosnt beep. I have repeated the process many times and cannot get my alarm to work.

I managed to set a code successfully but the device does not seem to want to arm the system despite being close range. I've gone through the code process again, seems to accept it but you don't even need a code to arm. It did work once the very first time (but I had to disarm with phone app). now it won't even arm. I've tried removing in the app and re-adding. also removing the battery and re-seating it (did detect tamper and restore on the phone app)...
*edit: I got there in the end but not quite sure how. There seems to be a delay sometimes while the code/initialisation settles in. Repeated attempts got there in the end but I'm not sure which to do first out of the 3 activities: Initialise the device, bind to the app, set the code on the device. here's the init instructions:
My keypad will arm but not disarm the system?
This is because the keypad hasn’t been initialized. Please remove the keypad from the system in the device settings menu, then initialize the keypad as follows:
    1. Press panic button A, then 0000
    2. The LED will flash continuously on the Key Pad
    3. Press panic button A, followed by 7
    4. Press disarm twice
Re-add the Key Pad to the system in the device settings menu in the normal learn mode way

I am having issues with my keypad. It says I need to change the battery but every battery with even battery I put in it still keeps beeping and has a warning sign in the app
    Any ideas?

You'll need to unpair the keypad to stop the bells (I guess after 8months you might have spotted this) ... once unpaired it won't cry for help when you unshell it

Can you add more than one keypad?

YES - I have two - the pads are ideal for keeping the master box securely out of the way (next to power + telephony in my case)
